Ever feel like your bothering the help well shop @ this location! They were checking on every customer but me. Young lady that came from the back finally ask if she could start a dressing room as she should which I appreciated. Never been inside any LOFT store ever before and my first experience was beyond GREAT!! Every worker was friendly and welcoming from the time I entered the door. Not only did they set up a dressing room for me, they assisted me with finding occasional pants in the back and even helped me order additional pants styles online. I’ll be back again because the customer service is GREAT!!

Just visited this store with a return. Got in line only to be ignored as the next customer and have another person tended to before me. No apology or anything. There are too many nice places for me to want to come back.

I ran into the store with only 15 minutes to shop before I had to leave for a work trip. The staff really hooked me up! They put together the cutest business casual outfits for my work trip - the clothes they chose were perfect! They were helpful and able to pick out pieces in a matter of minutes. Really grateful for their service!!

The customer service at this location is always friendly and attentive. I wish the petite section carried more of the most popular sizes, but understand that those always sell out first. Good sales and selection, and the store is always clean and well organized.

I happen to love this location!!! I’ve never walked in without some acknowledgement from a sales person, plus they’re happy to offer honest, helpful, opinions!!! I’ve shopped this location since it opened! Cute clothes and great sales!

The care for customers is extremely lacking at this store. Unwilling to work with me on some returns for the prices I paid for the items, even though I had receipts.

Loft is my favorite place to shop for all my clothes. It’s too bad the customer service is not very good at this location. I don’t even enjoy going there because the staff is not friendly or helpful in anyway.
