I bought a lot of Lululemon products due to their promise to fix defects in the clothes. I brought a pair of shorts that had split at a seam and they told me they don't repair clothes anymore. The premium you pay for these products to have peace of mind is out the window. They are overpriced and overrated now.

Great location. Very well stocked and the staff is super helpful and friendly. It does get pretty busy though! Line does go fairly quick though. Love it!

I love coming to this store simply because of the associates. I used to work near this store so I would go in on my lunch break probably 2-3x/week. I would see the same people and got to know them on a first name basis. They are always so friendly and consistently asking if I’m ok or if I need help. They are patient when I am being indecisive and always find a solution to my wishes. Colton is my fave!

IMPRESSED TAGALONG - Lululemon Store: Won Me Over!
I accompanied my girlfriend and her daughter shopping today -
* **They found exactly what they wanted:** Mission accomplished - yoga pants and tops galore!
* **Friendly environment:** Warmly greeted by staff, making our whole group feel welcome
* **Inviting atmosphere:** Modern decor, calming music, and plenty of natural light
* **Helpful employees:** Knowledgeable staff offered sizing tips, style advice, and answered all questions
As a casual observer (okay, dragged-along boyfriend), I was surprised by:
* How much my girlfriend and her daughter loved the products and experience
* How attentive the staff were without being pushy
Overall, Lululemon exceeded expectations -

I’ve purchased a couple items from this location. By no means am I an avid shopper, but I plan to be after the experience I had today. The employees were so amazing and helpful. I wish I knew names but about 4 girls helped me at different times. So if they were working 10/7 around 2:45pm….thank you so much for giving me a great experience. Good customer service is hard to find these days and it was delivered so effortlessly here at Leawood.
