MUST READ! If you are needing to visit a MAC location, this is it. And more specifically, you must see JESSE! I stopped in due to needing to be rematched to my foundation as MAC had reformulated what I use and the color names had changed. I am SO glad I happened to choose this location to stop at and just so happened to meet Jesse. The online chat agent and research I had done on the MAC website would have had me purchase the wrong shade. Jesse was not only super friendly and helpful, but he really knows his stuff! I am simplistic when it comes to doing my makeup now a days and need products that I can apply in a hurry. He was extremely knowledgable about the product I was shopping for and every other product I had questions about. Jesse was very patient in going through the process to pinpoint the CORRECT shade for my face and I am beyond grateful. THANK YOU SO MUCH JESSE!!! Seriously, go see Jesse!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to MAC today!. Olivia is very personable. She's knowledgeable and friendly.. She knows how to listen and break down the make up process. For someone who does not wear make up (me) she made the process very easy. She also allowed me to do one side of my face for practice. Helped me to understand skin tones and application. I would definitely come back for another tutorial and cosmetic purchase!. She is a true "Gem!"
I also observed another make up artist who was excellent as well. These young ladies are excellent!. Great customer service, focus, attentiveness.
MAC has a new customer ♥️
