Macy's online reward system is a joke, they will give you a reward with small amount money, and they allow you to check mark your reward then it will disappear when you use PayPal, nowhere you could find it anymore. Their online QA ask you to get help from customer team who will offer you a terrible "solution", which is returning your package at Macy's store, and re-order it because their system doesn't like PayPal. My fiance and I ordered a couch back in November. They told us it would be 10 weeks to get our couch. The couch was supposed to be delivered tomorrow and they called today saying that the order can't fit on the truck. Then called to find out they only have one of four pieces of the order and cannot even tell us what happened. Now they are saying it could be another 90 days before getting the order. Would recommend going to another furniture store!Now were are being told it will be August when we get the couch. That is absolutely ridiculous. Nine months to get a couch! Terrible customer service. You should tell people how long it is going to take and let them decide if they want to buy from you or not.

We were looking passively at furniture for our new home, and Tracy F was so helpful. She provided a lot of good information on the piece we were looking at, we will definitely be back closer to Thanksgiving to take advantage of sales but had a great feeling when we left the store.

I didn't have time to check it out other than a quick view at the mattresses, but appeared to have some nice modern and unique items, along with traditional! Great mattress sale/ prices along with good, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service! They appear closed, but are in fact open during hours listed!

Would not recommend EVER ordering furniture from Macy's! I ordered my bedroom set a month ago and I have now received bits and pieces of my order. They've came to my home on 2 separate occasions and each time some piece is missing. The first time it was the headboard and foot board of my bed, they then scheduled to deliver the remaining pieces the following week. That day came and went and they never showed with my delivery, had to call and schedule a new time to have it delivered which was an entire week later. When they showed up for the second delivery with headboard, footboard and slats only 3 out of the 8 legs were delivered with the slats. So now I am left with a mattress on the floor and everytime I call to find out about where these random legs could be I get no answer other than they're "Waiting on a tracking number" If I do not receive said tracking number within a few days I am going to have them come pick this up and credit my account and start all over again finding a bedroom set.Oh also, the only incentive they gave me for this mess was 10% off of some random item which was $111 off of my $4,000 purchase. So if you're looking to buy some furniture from here... DON'T! Unless you like your stuff delivered in a bunch of different deliveries and pieces missing!

I had a mattress delivered and they somehow severely damaged my floor. I worked with the customer service department with eight calls over 40 days. Each time they assured someone would contact me to send out a contractor to my house to assess the damage in the next 24-48 hours. Still no resolution.

Very poor customer service.No one acknowledged me when I came into the store. I was almost completely ignored.I do my shopping online for this very reason.
