Overall had a good experience. I had to go for a passport photo and they were able to help! It took a little longer than anticipated but I think there was an issue with the camera that was resolved. The guy helping me made sure my photo met government guidelines for passport photos and was the correct size. I got the exact picture I needed for my new passport and was off. I noticed they do a whole variety of packaging and shipping options. Looks like a great place to bring care packages that are needing to be sent. Since I only used their passport photo services I can't speak to anything else, but if you are in the area and need a new photo I recommend going here!

I almost never write reviews, but I had such a good experience here I am making an exception. This is an excellent option to mail or ship packages. Far less crowded, and, in my opinion, far better service than the post office/UPS/FedEx.

I had to ship something oversea to Taiwan, the owner Rich was very helpful, he explained the options and helped me choose the best deal on shipping. He also helped me repackage my box to make sure it will arrive safely. The shop looks like a high class boutique, and everyone so helpful. Definitely will referral all my friends there.

I cannot thank you guys enough for your patience! I had a boatload of scrapbooking supplies to send to the UK. I knew it would be expensive (paper is very heavy!), but several trips back and forth to the car to remove, add, remove items must have been trying for you. Not to mention having to contact the UK recipient for her phone number! Never once did you show annoyance or make me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Thank you so much for everything!

I needed to ship an international package. I called a couple of DHL service providers and settled on Mail It because of its hours and convenient location. Rich, the owner was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He worked to get me the lowest price on my box going to Australia. In addition, his store is exceptionally clean with many Covid protocols in place. Will use Mail It again.
