“Philip went above and beyond in his service for my Dad. After a series of mixups with my 95-year-old father's prescription, Philip got it all straightened out and it was delivered to my Dad's residence on the same day. THANK YOU”

“Chuck was so accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Also just a blast to hang out and visit with. All around great guy; I'll be happily recommending him to anyone with mobility needs. With business owners like him shopping local is the obvious choice.”

“I needed a nebulizer because I had post viral cough and was prescribed medication that required a nebulizer but didn't come with one! Annoying. Anyway, I heard KC Home Medical Supply sold nebulizers without a prescription (I brought mine just in case) and they do. The person there was helpful, they helped me get what I needed to take my medication. A nebulizer will run you about $50 at the time of this review, they do not bill insurance. Hopefully this information helps someone.”

“It would be nice if there were a sign or something. The entrance for shipping and receiving is on Prospect Ave but you have to follow the road going to the police station around to the left to find the docks. Other than that people are friendly etc.”

“I had excellent service with med resources. After waiting for two weeks with another Company, med resources sent the oxygen out within two hours. The customer service agent I worked with, Tiffany, was very helpful.”

“Kiki was great, patient, informative, and so kind! She took the time to help me find my previous orders so I could get a different size in the exact same tops. She was so unmoved, in a good way, when I wanted to see if different discounts worked, which lead to her having to ring up the total two separate times. ??‍♀️Thanks, Kiki!”

“Just a Thank You note to Julia. I appreciate you taking time to settle my concern with my physical issues wearing the mask at this time. Also Thank You for looking up my account and my secondary insurance and the issue with the billing I've been receiving. I am pleased I no longer have concern in regard to both problems.”

“I can’t say enough about the RoTECH organization and service! We unfortunately had to reach out on Thanksgiving day for help. My dad was not receiving oxygen and the representative that came with an hour of our phone call, discovered that we needed an appliance that he provided so that my dad could receive his oxygen through his BiPAP. Thank you so much for your service!”

“This may be lengthy.. but please read.Last year I was needing some additional ankle support while skiing after an injury. I had tried a few on the market, but if you ski you understand that a brace will not fit in a ski boot. I purchased one of his new braces and decided to try it out. I actually took 2 so I could stress both. So I wanted to give both pros and cons and to also be honest about this review.Pros: It actually did help and I had less pain when recovering. They do work with ski boots, it was rough but did work.Cons: I had to adjust my ski style some as I wear a very flexible boot and it made them feel much stiffer. I had to put a little more effort with my body.I skied an entire day with and an entire day without (March 2023). I will say that my after pain was much lower when I wore the braces. I do recommend if you are an intermediate or lowert skier. If you are a black diamond and/ terrain park, you won't like them even if they work as it does limit the boot flex. Overall, I absolutely recommend. They did everything they said. Under normal exercise and stress..you will see a difference.”

“I have never worked with a better company! They respond quickly and every order has been accurate. The delivery drivers arrive when they state they will, and are great in communicating when they have an issue that delays them. They have been professional and pleasant to work with.”
