Booked an appointment on Saturday for Monday, there was only 1 appointment left so I took it. I have been here 2 or 3 times before and had positive experiences. I get there and no one else is there..weird as i took the last available appointment. I arrived at 10:15, for 10:40 scheduled time. I sit down and immediately get called back which i thought was odd. Doctor and i think NP or nurse is in there. They ask what i am there for, so i state the reason. They both had these unsure looks on their faces which made me feel weird they then ask for my insurance. I tell them i do not have any and i will pay out of pocket. They go ohhhh yeah thats gonna be expensive you won’t want to do that here. I ask if they can give me an estimate of costs, I was told $139 for office visit, and they claimed the labs will be at least $1600. I wasn’t going to argue or make a stink so i just stood up said nevermind, and walked out. $1600 for basic labs, nothing specialized? I don’t believe them if i am being honest. Very strange how there was only 1 appointment left but, when I get there i am brought back 25 min ahead of schedule. Every other time i have gone i usually wait past my scheduled time and there are other people there. I am genuinely curious to know how truthful the $1600 lab claim is and i would like to know how many other patients they ran off yesterday. Ended up going to the county health department and waiting 3 hours. After this i will never bother with CVS Minute Clinic again.

Wow, this outfit is not to be trusted with billing. Rec'd a shingles vaccine on 4/21 and provided my insurance which covered. Got a bill 10 days later in the mail--owed $179. Assumed insurance was in process. Got another bill a week later. Called MC billing-they said the claim was submitted and denied. I owed. She couldn't give me a copy of the denial. I called my insurance--no record of claim. I called MC back--this time they said the claim hadn't been filed for some reason and would see that it was filed and I was to disregard bill. I think they were playing me--trying to get full payment w/o filing claim for which likely they'd eat a discount.

They do not take walk-ins. I sat there for 30 minutes in an empty waiting area. Not one person was seeing a doctor. Finally, he walked out and said we take walk-ins if a spot is open. I went to three locations, and not one person was in the waiting area or the rooms. Rude Doctors.

I had an eye infection I wanted to get checked out, and the workers were friendly and informative. I visited at 10:00 on 5/18/22 and both the NP Karen Parmely and the other nurse (unfortunately didn’t get her name) were very kind and helpful without trying to just rush me through. I also saw the NP patiently help a couple of teens who were very confused about Covid testing. Thanks for making my day better!

I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but I have to say that this was the most ideal experience for me. I made an appointment in the morning, and went later in the afternoon. My wait time was maybe 10 minutes. There was one NP, and she was with one other patient before me. When she called me in she was absolutely lovely! She had a great sense of humor and was sympathetic to my issues. I got the medication I needed, and I'm very thankful. I'm feeling a lot better, and I wish I had gone sooner. OH! I also don't have insurance, so that was a major reason why I came here. My appointment cost $139 (as expected from the details on the website) and my medication cost around $49, so for not having insurance, I couldn't expect much better, and honestly, I'm really happy with my experience. I would go again.

I stopped at lunchtime by to make an appointment and no human was available (out to lunch sign was posted) so I used the Kiosk to set a 5:20 appt for later that day, and filled in about 8 screens. I went back for my 5:20 (showed up at 5:15) and checked in at the Kiosk. It gave me a message "No need to check in. You checked in earlier". It was 5:23 and no one opened the door to the room that the physician or PA was supposed to be in. There was no way of knowing if there was even someone physically in there. I asked next door at the Pharmacy and they said they didn't know either but to wait and that there probably was someone still in there. I waited again, (insert eye roll here!) then the door FINALLY opened, and a man who'd arrived AFTER me walked right in. He had seen me waiting, checking on Minute Clinic PA at Pharmacy nextdoor, checking in before him and yet he was that rude. "Reverse" racism/discrimination committed at this point by rudeman.I complained at the Pharmacy (which was right next to the minute clinic) and they said that they weren't "associated" with the Minute Clinic. "They are a different entity" is what they told me. I was super frustrated after having come back a 2nd time (more gas wasted)! WITH a scheduled appointment and then the person working there took just ANY living, breathing, body without checking the appointments - obviously the GUY was not named Stephanie!! Don't think I will be supporting this business anytime soon.

This is the worst minute clinic. I would give 0 if that’s possible. Avoid this place if you can. People working at this minute clinic are the worst that you don’t want to encounter in your life.

The doctor was very nice and gave me two prescriptions for hives. He decided to prescribe an ointment instead of the cream I was using for itching. The ointment was thick and greasy and didn’t help with the itching one bit. I called them back to relay a message to him that I needed the cream instead of the ointment. He refused to even call me back and told the call center that I should reach out to my regular doctor. Here I am in so much distress I can’t even put clothes on, not to mention I can’t get in to see my regular doctor for two weeks to a month. If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Never again.

Terrible experience. After scheduling my appointment, we left and awaited the text message that said return in 30min, we returned within 20 min and waited an additional 40 minutes when the doctor finally came out and said she was headed to lunch and we would be waiting an additional 40 minutes for her return. I explained to her that the text we got told us to return 40 minutes ago and we did and that it didn't seem right that we would have to wait an additional 40 minutes.. with a total wait time of 2 hours and 20 minutes from the time I submitted my information to be seen. She seemed to have no concern with my concerns so we chose to leave. Very upset, waste of time and I'm battling bronchitis/potentially pneumonia.

Waited 1 hour (with only the current person ahead of us) for the care provider to tell us she doesn't prescribe meds to children under 10 years. That would have been nice to know before we waited! They need to add signs that clearly spell that out, so people don't waste their time. So frustrating!
