Was ready to buy sectional I saw online. Walked around for 15min looking vividly at sofas without a single person asking to help and several just standing behind their stations. I finally asked one of them for help on swatches and selecting fabric and color. She pointed me where they were. I decided to look at decor and leave. As I'm walking out that same associate was helping someone with swatches. I'll buy it from your competitors!

Horrible customer service. I was needing help
with pillows for 2 sofas. I really enjoyed walking in though and having the employee look at me head to toe and then turn around and go talk to another employee behind the bedding counter. There are plenty of other stores that I can go to to make a purchase and I would rather spend my money there. Oh, and I wonāt forget the 2nd time that same employee walked right past me and around me to ask the other people if they needed help.

Went in store and ordered a bed frame in December, with expected delivery in March. We finally called and the bed frame hadnāt even been manufactured yet, and customer service told us a different story every time we called. Absolutely terrible customer service and would NOT order from Pottery Barn in the future.

This pottery barn featured a lot of leather furniture options and designs i hadn't really seen at the pottery barn in the mall. Definetly made me respect the brand more, previously thought it was just a place that sold old farm/barn looking accessories.

We had a great experience buying sofas here recently. The woman who helped us was extremely low-key and did not pressure us. In fact, she encouraged us to take our time and be sure we were getting what we wanted. She spent time with us, helping us look at fabrics in different lights. Despite comments online about Pottery Barn's furniture being delayed, ours arrived three weeks early.

I normally don't like to leave poor reviews but...what a pain to work with the folks at this store! I made an online furniture order and came in the next day to double check that I liked the color I had chosen online. I chose another similar color and asked if they could change the order. The payment hadn't even processed yet and it was far less than 24 hours. They said I will have to pay for the order, wait for delivery (probably a month) and then return the item. I could order the item in the preferred color and pay for that one as well but it would also take a month and they could not simply change the order and charge me once. I'd have to pay for both items and wait for a refund from the first one after it's delivered and returned. I'm going to contest the charge with my credit card company but simply changing an order less than a day after it was made to a different finish shouldn't take all that. I won't be ordering either piece of furniture and cancelling the order altogether. What a mess.

I needed to return a tablecloth bought online - it was not the right size, so I took it into the Leawood store. The person that waited on me did not say one word to me other than why are you returning this. She was rude and disrespectful in her whole approach. Gave me a smirk when she handed me my receipt. I should learn that this Pottery Barn is sub par in customer service. It has been this way in the past - and it shows nothing has changed in the present. Will find other ways to decorate my home.

I would not give even one star. The worst customer service that I have ever received . I bought online through wedding registry the bedding set. They changed already two times the delivery date. Now it would be late two more weeks after wedding ceremony, and who knows maybe more. Never recommend anyone this store.

March 24-2024Awful! I wanted to purchase a mirror. They had two on the floor and the āVisual Managerā said no, she canāt sell one of the two, she wants both on the showroom floor. They had no others in stock. I asked to purchase and have them ship to store. I was also told no, a mirror now requires white glove delivery to the home. The delivery charge is $60ā¦for a mirror!!! Insane. Pottery Barn is arrogant and foolish. They allowed a willing purchaser to leave the store and let a $600 sale leave because the VISUAL MANAGER wanted two of the same mirror on the floor. Also, why in the world would anyone spend 10% of the value of an item to have it shipped to their home?!?! Itās a mirror, not a Fabergeā Egg.

Customer service is the absolute worst here. First time I went in it took an hour to get anyone to help me - I would have left but so wanted 2 leather sofas and 2 leather recliners I had seen online, so I waitedToday I went back for a second time to get some color samples of drapes and the lady was so unhelpful. Instead of sending me with ANY color samples she just told me I could get online. I told her I knew that but am moving in two weeks and really donāt have time to wait.. Still no help and she happily let me leave. She might have well have opened the door and escorted me out!They obviously have so much business they donāt need anyone coming into their store!Only giving 2 stars for the quality of their furnishings- ZERO stars for customer service
