PBK SELLS USED COSTUMES. Bought and returned a flamingo costume because it was clearly worn. Bought a second flamingo costume and it was also worn!
Customer Service couldn’t tell me how to fix the matted fur. They offered to replace it. But I already know if 2/2 are used, the next one will be. Plus it won’t arrive in time.
Do not recommend.

The store manager, Dominique, is phenomenal. She is knowledgeable, personable, and truly cares about high quality customer care. She went above and beyond for us and Pottery Barn is so lucky to have an employee like her.
4 months ago we purchased a power recliner from Pottery Barn Kids that was delivered with “white glove delivery.” The day it was delivered we noticed the chair was not operating correctly and called customer service to have the chair repaired or replaced. Dealing with customer service was an absolute nightmare to say the least. It took 4 months of calls and emails to remedy the situation and get a refund for the broken chair that we were never able to use. That’s where Dominique comes in. She helped us to problem solve, communicate with the corporate office, and ultimately get a new chair to replace what we had purchased. Without her I would still be calling/emailing corporate customer service with no resolution. I am extremely disappointed in PB customer service as a company. However, Dominique understands the importance of customer relationships and high quality care. 5 stars for her!

On Febr.2, I ordered a baby blanket that was repeatedly and repeatedly backordered and currently is scheduled for Aug 27-28!Yet the same blanket is still listed on line and has even had the price reduced with no mention of back orders or color availability. When I asked about reordering something else since I had waited 60+ days, the best that was offered was 10% even though other sales were listed (Easter 40%, furniture and BEDDING 50%.
I am very frustrated as I had hoped for a timely gift and not a seven month delay for a baby!

Visited with my daughter to see a stroller in person. We drove 2 hours to see it.
The store is beautiful. The items sold are high quality. The collaborations with other brands are so cute!! Mickey, Minnie, Hello Kitty adorable! My other daughter purchased 2 dressers, crib, & twin bed in the past 6 years. Expensive, but lasting for her. I would suggest to try and see it in person. It really helped when we saw the stroller. The colors shown online were not the same in person. My daughter ended up choosing a totally different color. The worker the day we shopped was so sweet and helpful.

Amazing 5-star service! Roxanne provided a hassle-free refund for my ripped backpack, and Hope checked me out quickly for a replacement. Impressed by their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Definitely shopping here again!

No one should ever get a baby registry at here. My registry was set up incorrectly in the store by the associate with the wrong mailing address. Orders in the store weren't taken off the registry because they associate didn't know how to do it or half the order was taken off the registry and the other items weren't. I'm still trying to work with customer service to get a gift that someone generously wanted to give to use a month later. I've had to call customer service every 3-5 days and they still can't seem to get me my item. I'm 38 weeks pregnant and this has caused added stress to my last month being pregnant.

The sales people and store were a great experience. However, the delivery process has been a horrid experience riddled with lack of ownership for our items not being delivered after being over a month late. We have tried and tried to work with Pottery Barn Kids but have yet to receive our order. Extremely disappointed.

I felt as though many of the items were very over-priced.

Carey and Nikki at this PB kids location have been so great to work with. Carey helped us get a crib and glider. There were issues with the glider, but Carey quickly found us a solution to swap with another. Carey also helped with an item purchased full price, which then went on sale shortly after purchasing. We ordered a new car seat with rewards and e-merchandise cards, however it was delayed and new delivery date wasn’t going to work for us. Nikki spent a good chunk of time canceling that order then made sure my rewards and gift cards were reimbursed to use towards an in-stock car seat. There are definitely benefits of placing orders through the store and working with their staff as opposed to ordering online/working with general customer service.

I would not buy nursery furniture from Pottery Barn kids as their furniture is on back order for over 3 1/2 months. I bought crib / dresser and topper and mirror and fairy mural wall paper in March and still have not received any that I ordered in March. I call customer service or this store probably weekly as the dates keep getting pushed back. Pottery barn ruined the expensive of putting together the nursery of my first baby. I wanted her to have the best of the best and instead she won’t have any furniture and she comes in 10 days. The designed Taylour measured my wall incorrectly and ordered 1 wall paper instead of 2. I asked her when she placed the order if 1 was enough and she said “yes, I measured it”The mirror came with black smudges so I had to send it back. The dresser is still on back order and the topper. I ended up buying another crib directly from the store in order to have a crib for baby. Company lies about delivery dates when you have items in your cart by giving you fake delivery dates just so you buy them and wait 4 months. Putting together the nursery should have been an enjoyable experience and not a stressful one. I don’t have a dresser or a diaper changing station which comes with dresser so I will need to have her diaper on the dinning room table or kitchen counter or bathroom counter none of which is a reasonable place. DO NOT BUY furniture from POTTERY BARN KIDS or you will regret it big time. Horrible company and no way to hold them accountable for the stress they have caused to a pregnant woman. I hope they bankrupt.

Neither pottery, or barns, or even kids. Nor kids from a barn of pottery. In fact, lots of soft stuff like blankets and pillows in soft colors. I even left with some soft bedroom items hoping they will open a lead to finding these elusive kids of the Pottery Barn.

Items are overly high-priced. Available elsewhere for a lot less.
