I spent several hours buying new phone, iPad& Apple watch that Verizon advertises “on us deal. Disappointed to learn @ end of visit they were sold out of the watch I selected & I would need to return to the store 4 days later to pick up my watch.And I was required to pay taxes in advance on the watch…..

Haley helped me upgrade my new phone and transfer all my information from my old phone. Earlier today, I spoke with 3 other Verizon stores, one being a corporate store, and no one seemed to be willing to help me or know how to help. Haley made everything extremely easy and quick. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. I currently live in downtown KCMO and will be going out of my way to visit this store moving forward, solely based on my experience with Haley and the rest of their customer service. I work in customer service and this is some of the best service I’ve ever received. Highly recommend this TCC store location!

If I could give a zero I would. All I want people to BE AWARE this store is a third party company to Verizon, they work off commission and that is the main objective. Please go to the corporate store, this is not to bash Verizon because honestly I believe the company is great it’s these third party companies you need to be aware of. We were lied to about everything from what the monthly service would be to getting a bill 1 week after signing up for $500 after just paying $400 at the store, charged for a “ activation fee” and another one on the bill and not being told the promotions would show up months later, we turned in our phones, we decided we wanted to cancel after a week but they sent our phones back and was told we can cancel because the policy is 30 days and we need to turn their phones in but we couldn’t get ours back, there is NO fine print saying once we turn our phones in we wouldn’t get it back but all we hear is there is nothing they can do.. . It has been a nightmare switching services and I wish I never did it. I only hope no one has to deal with what we have been through. Especially during these hard times, all we wanted to do was try to save money and all we did was throw away money. Please be careful. Just go to the corporate store and if you not MAKE SORE YOU ASK THEM because they will or tell you. We had no idea.

Aaron the manager came through like a champ for us on a Sunday! Broken phone, multiple difficulties with a business account previously set up improperly, saved us some $ in the process of getting our brand new phone. I've been a Verizon customer for a nearly 20 years and this is by far the best customer service I've experienced. Thanks again Aaron!!
