The lady in the pharmacy is just the best. She has all the medication information and is always friendly and kind. You don't usually get that kind of treatment when you have to take so many calls.

First of all, never go to this walgreens EVER!! I have been to three different walgreens and the second one called to check if they had my medication ready, they said yeah and it would be ready by 4. I went over at 5:45 and they told me it was not ready yet and I have to wait. After like 5 minutes I went back up and she was being so disrespectful because i told her I had three things and she told me "NO you have two". It was a long day so I took my things and left but she didn't give me all my medication. She was the rudest person I've ever met. Really disrespectful pharmacy!

Prices are going up, up, up, Oh wait! Maybe that is why I started to go elsewhere. I will say that the staff is very friendly! Maybe it was just a bad day for the pharmacy staff!?

We registered for a Covid test as required by a trip we were taking. The registration required our email and phone number for the results. After 24+hours without receiving the results (we took the 2 hour test quick results) we called and were told the tests were negative but they could not email or fax the results to us???? We were told we were going to have to come into the pharmacy to pick up the results. We had already begun our trip. Luckily a relative was able to go in and get the results and send to us. Walgreens was not up front or honest with us about the process. We could have had a real problem. Will never use this pharmacy again ?

I was scheduled for a Covid booster on a Monday. I got my days confused and I was there on a Sunday! Unfortunately, I was already rattled because I was late and I couldn't find the store. Both pharmacists worked to squeeze me in and I appreciated that. I didn't want to come back the next day. I see 1 and 2 star reviews but I don't think people understand that the pharmacists are busier than one armed paper hangers while I'm sure upper management believes the pharmacists aren't busy enough. Many healthcare providers are running on a skeleton crew so if anyone feels they're not getting the help they want, those are corporate policies. Pharmacists have no say. The bean counters make decisions even though they have no professional degree or license. The people working in the store were very nice too. In this case, pharmacy and store employees are asking unvaccinated people to wear masks but they aren't allowed to ask to see each person's vaccine passport. That's ridiculous! It appears that corporate may have cut down on cashiers so I'd suggest people keep calling corporate rather than shooting the messenger. These are tough times for everyone. Give them a break.

I made an appointment for a booster online, completed all the paperwork at the same time. Showed up to the store 15 minutes early. Went to the pharmacy and was met by a lady who asked if she could help me. I let her know I had a shot appointment in 15 minutes. She responded, I think they cancelled the all today. I said, I hope not, I wasn't told. She asked the playin charge if he would like to come talk to me. He walked over to the counter and said "we called everyone, shits are canceled today". I looked at my phone and had no missed calls. I said, I didn't get a call, to which he replied "well we called everyone, I have no one here to give the shot" and he walked away.

Was in line to get my daughters prescription before their 130 lunch time and the car in front of me was taking forever. I pull up to the window at 130 and the girl picks up the phone and says we are going to lunch now. I explain to her That I have been sitting in the drivethru since before 1:30. I tell her I'm just picking up my daughter's prescription and she says we're going to lunch. You can come back at 2 And hangs up the phone and walks away. So I go into the store at 132. I asked to talk to a manager. The manager comes up. I explain to him what happens. He walks back and he's like Oh well, everything's locked up so you'll just have to come back later. Worst customer service ever. If you have a customer that's there before your lunch time, you're supposed to take care of what they came in for and not hang up on them and walk away when they tell you they're there to get a prescription for their child.

Do not think that this pharmacy delivers good customer care. They won’t ever let you speak to the pharmacist- forget that you buy a myriad of prescriptions and are a good customer as well.

I would like to state that this Walgreen's in the heat of Coronavirus... failed to supply the patrons with simple hand sanitizer at any of the checkouts. I had to purchase my prescriptions with my debit card and therefore touch the card reader. I asked why on earth is there no hand sanitizer. Especially in a facility where the sick come to buy medicine and touch their diseased hands to the same card reader. The clerk responded sorry we keep it under the counter now because someone was trying to steal it. She did not offer me any nor did she clean the machine between users. I guess in Walgreen's defense they will benefit from more of us being ill. Very disappointed.

Pharmacy people are about the worst I have ever seen. Completely rude and disrespectful.

I've never dealt with the pharmacy, but Gregory who has been at the register when I've been here, is super nice and helpful. The only drawback to this store that I noticed is that they have a pretty small selection of cosmetics and makeup compared to other Walgreens locations.

October 20 - 26 is National Pharmacy Week. The staff and residents of Town Village Leawood want to express our deepest gratitude to Walgreen's for their service to the members of our community.

The pharmacy tech is rude. If she would have spent as much time getting my one Rx ready as she did trying to talk me into coming back the next day, I could have been in and out in 5 min. What's the deal with pharmacy? Count the pills out, put them in the bottle and I'll go on my way. It's not heavy lifting. What a joke!

Horrible experience with printing photos. Store clerk randomly goes thru photos and says they look professional (they arent) and wont sell pictures...puts them in drawer. Called Walgreens national Consumer Affairs # to learn the store clerk should have presented us with a release form that we could have signed. Instead he lectured us on how it was a legal issue that he couldnt release the photos....instead of just having us complete the form. Took three trips and two phone calls. Stop pretending you are Johnny Cochran in the National Reconnaissance Office. Just hand over the paperwork and be kind about it. Its NOT a legal issue - its a TRAINING issue. Go somewhere ELSE to get your photos done rather than go here to get completely harassed. btw - the folks in the pharmacy are great.
