If I could provide negative stars I would. My fiancé and I walked in at about 5:45 PM on Saturday to get our passport photos taken. This is a first time thing for us, so my fiancé asked the lady at the empty checkout counter where we needed to go/talk to in regards of this task. The lady behind the counter gave the most exasperated sigh after almost 10 seconds of silence/not acknowledging us. She then proceeds to say that we need to wait until her cashier comes back from lunch in 5-10 minutes. We said alrighty not a problem we will wander and then come back up. A few minutes goes by and we make our way back to the photo counter and are patiently waiting. The lady who greeted us was then at the photo counter helping another customer. Her cashier comes back and the original lady tells her that there is a couple walking around the store who needs help with passport photos and told her that either she will help us or the other lady will. Well I chimed up and said that we were right here and there was no need to search the store for us. The cashier then comes around the counter and says that we can’t have any clothing with wording or light colors. We were unaware of this and not sure why we were told to wait when the original lady saw what we had on and did not express this to us.
Overall not a happy experience. There should have been more communication and the attitudes that were put off by the staff was not appreciated. If there is another Walgreens near you, I encourage you to go there instead.

The worst pharmacy go elsewhere. Consistently long wait times. Out of flavoring for children's medicine. Not helpful staff.

I went to get a vaccine today. I had scheduled an appointment online, and still had to wait almost an hour to get seen. I tried to pay for the vaccine before the shot and they told me to wait. When I finally got my shot the pharmacist told me I was good to go and so I left, forgetting I hadn't paid because I'd been waiting so long. Then they called me, saying I needed to drive back to pay. Very frustrating. The staff had no sense of urgency and poor communication. Will not be returning.

The pharmacy is horrible! Both inside and the drive-through. Why send notification saying that prescription is ready to be picked up or it’s the last day to pick up prescriptions only to arrive to stay in the drive-through for almost 30 minutes for them to fill the prescription and hand it to us. It sucks even more when you are stuck in the line because there are others waiting as well and blocked in. It’s a drive-through not a drive-in.

Occasionally they pull through and are helpful. However I literally have spent the past 30-45 mins calling them TWICE, and each time they have hung up on me. Their automated call service is not helpful. What I do to get a human talking to me is Prescription Status, talk to pharmacist. That has always worked for getting to a person but now the people are hanging up on me after they said please wait??? If you can, do not go to this Walgreens or Walgreens in general.

Worst pharmacy ever. Screwed up and gave me wrong prescription and wouldn't give me money back. Very rude pharmacist. This was after telling them the exactly what I needed to pick up 10 different times. Had to wait 30 minutes when they said they were filling it. and the then to be told the computer didn't send it over to be filled still.

The pharmacy and its staff at this store is horrible. The tall white guy, rude. Saw him “dress down” an elderly woman because she couldn’t find her insurance card quickly enough. I guess my question would be, if you’re so miserable why do you still work there? And furthermore, why would the management allow their pharmacy personnel to act in this manner. Will never use this store again and I believe I’m done with the brand as well. There’s a lot of competition out there.

Incredibly rude & inefficient pharmacy staff.They partial filled an order w/o telling me, so that I'd have to make a second 25 minute trip. I was told it'd be just a couple more days. Days later, they then canceled my remaining order without informing me or letting me know why. They've done this to me before "by accident."Trying to figure out what was happening, I was placed on hold for an hour and thethey hung up. Frustrated, I called back for another 1.5 hour wait, but nobody is answering. Go elsewhere before getting tangled with this places mess of a staff.

These folks get two stars because while the people here are nice and the store is clean, I can never pick up my rx in a timely manner. Ridiculous wait times. The drive through is also never open. Walgreens needs to hire more people and PAY THEM BETTER.

I had bought shoe inserts and went up to the front and the checkers name upfront was Tom. He was a bit rude in the beginning but I brushed it off because everyone has a hard day and then on the screen it came up and said if I want to receive Walgreens rewards I need to have my email in there. I asked him was that correct he goes I don’t know yes maybe I don’t know I just work here. So we started the process to enter my email and the system froze. I asked him is this going to charge me? and he said no because your card has no money. I said that’s not true. The system froze. So we called a manager over and once again, with a bunch of people in line, he goes this is not working because your card has no money. The manager unfroze the system. The card went through just fine, when I got home I looked at my bank information and it had double charged me when I spoke with the manager. She said that he is just a very hard person to work with and is mean. If Tom is there when I go back, I will not buy anything and walk out of the store because there are other places I can shop without such a mean checker. Even the manager said he was mean so it was not only my words.

Cannot reach this pharmacy on the phone. Was on hold for 40 minutes and only heard a recording that someone would be with me soon. Ha!

So absurdly slow. To boot, they're frequently out of stock on meds. I'm so tired of making return trips for a single prescription. ?

Had to wait in a line of 10.people to get my prescription. Drive thru service closed. Ridiculous
