Wells Fargo is a mess of a financial center. I have never had a worse experience with any bank. I have a small business and they closed my accounts. The sent me my checks from my accounts and when I tried to cash them to my bank there was a hold on the deposit. Kevin at this location is great and has tried to help me multiple times but one person can only do so much. it is ridiculous at the amount of hoops I have had t jumps to get my own money. Save your time and open your account elsewhere

SIX months in a row, my bank account has been drained of my Social Security money. I went to a Wells Fargo Bank and asked why my debit card was declined. I was informed that there were only a few dollars in my checking account. They should have caught that something wasn't right and alerted me. Take my advice, don't do your banking with Wells Fargo.

The ATM never works. They don't open until way later in the morning when everybody's already at work very inconvenient for a bank

The reviews are true, this location doesn't even deserve 1 star! This location is full of attitude! We have an insurance check that needs signed off on as we had property damage while our house was under contract. Our loan was paid off and Wells Fargo no longer has an interest in the property so the Property Loss Department's manager HAS noted our account to sign the check for us! So we drove south of the City to this location to have this endorsed so we can get our money! The first female personal banker was rude as hell and full of attitude and didn't have time to deal with it and said that wasn't going to work and full of excuses and said to come back later! It's a city, we didn't just drive 2 blocks for your attitude and to be told to come back later! So back later and deal with a male who CLAIMS to have called into the property and loss dept for authorization and says it was denied and refuses to endorse our check! So I call the property loss department for the 3rd time and they confirmed that NOBODY called them and they could see in the system that they strictly tried looking at our account online because they could see it in the system and that is NOT what we told them to do! We were instructed by property loss what to do and this location REFUSED to listen and do what we needed to get this check endorsed. We forked out money for a roof so our house in Nebraska could close on time and this is the money to reimburse us for that large expense and and this location won't do a simple task of making a legit phone call as we've told them. All 3 times that I have contacted property loss with Wells Fargo it takes less than 1 minute so speak to someone! They are super nice and informative and are telling me what to do and then you have this branch that thinks they know what's going on and what to do and they don't because they won't even make the call. We definitely know where NOT to bank now that we just moved to Kansas City. Great welcome that you provided! I will tell you that you are the FIRST rude company we have encountered since moving here. Kudos to you!

The teller at this bank Sheila was not helpful to me, I was with my sister and she took very long time by withdrawing money from my sister account she was trying to give my sister a withdrawal slip but my sister was not able to fill out that and Sheila was not letting me do it. She was a kind of mean to me!No good behavior at all!

This place is a total joke the guys working there are lieing cheeting thieves the only thing thay thay tack payment on anything its done through game cards its cost me way over 2000 dollars there still trying to get more ever day thay want a 100 dollars in a play station card do that so you cant prove how much money you give them the dispacher is a total joke he will tell you to meet him and he will never show up thay have my debit card will do anything so i dont get it i give 1 star take it back thay forged acheck that was maid out to me doing me a favor o boy!!! Ps dont trust them for nothing
