“We were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this place. My husband is pretty particular about where he stays, but the great reviews and perfect location made it an easy stop for the night. The room was very clean, the shower was older but worked well, and the bed was comfy. The room itself was nice and spacious, too.
The only issue we ran into was the freezer, it was packed with frost, so I couldn’t fit my ice packs in to freeze them overnight. It definitely needs a good defrosting. We also noticed a man who must have stopped sometime during the night and chose to sleep on the concrete right outside someone’s door. He was still there when we were packing up, and by the time we came back down to leave, he had gotten into his car and driven off. I would’ve been startled if I’d opened my door and found him there in the morning.
Other than that, it was a great stay, and we would absolutely stay again. It was much cleaner than any other place we stayed on the trip.”
