This review not about this location but about the bank and the treatment I received from customer service regarding a claim that was denied. This bank lies .they don't stand by what they advertise. Its fales be aware of them. Don't trust your money with this bank if you have fraud. You will probably never get a penny back. It will be gone

$400 was taken from an atm in Michigan when I was making purchases in Kansas the same day and then they denied my dispute claim and when I tried to reach out about it between the hour of on hold time I had to wait and being routed wrong by customer service I would say it’s the worst banking experience I’ve had yet.

I been banking with Academy Bank for more than 6 years if you think Academy Bank is bad think again Try wells Fargo . I Bank with Fargo 2 years and I have $3000 or more in charges that I never understood Bank hav lots of expenses not because it's a bank means that they are rich Only big Bank are not a small ones However I love my bank Academy Bank is one of the best and I definitely recommend. Opening a credit card with you has been the worst thing I have done, almost two years ago, I took out a secured card at the same time as in another company, the other company made me a review six months later and I updated my card. After a year he gave me another card and a credit score of 740 but with you I continue with the same card insured for almost two years and paying the annuity I have not been able to update it I do not know why you do not give me reasons you just say that not yet I can never recommend you to my friends I have the other card that is 100% much better
