Don’t know the dudes name but he was having a whole conversation while a line started gathering and seems to pass work off to his co-workers. He was then on the phone and basically yelling at his family members and then went to the back to have another associate help the rest of the line. I get family emergency’s but telling a customer “are you hearing this right now” and telling your family to “ quit arguing because you’re at work” doesn’t seem like much of an emergency

I bought a battery 3 mo ago and unfortunately it needed replaced. Luckily I had a warranty, however, whoever I purchased the battery with at that time did not put my information in correctly so when trying to look up proof of purchase - there was none. As frustrated as I was with the situation, Lexi exhausted all options to help and I was able to get the warranty. Very thankful she was there to assist me!

Store closed 15 minutes before the actual time. an employee told us that they closed at nine so we were outside waiting for our battery to charge when we got off the car to try to get back in the store the doors were already locked. we waited until it got 9 o’clock and we finally saw all 4 employees in the store And we were able to get our battery back.

Meeka is the best! I needed a new battery and she knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I know it’s her job but for someone like me who has no clue it was a huge blessing. She was quick and efficient and I will definitely come back to this location because of her.

My car wouldn't start so I ended up at this Advance Auto Parts store. It turned out that I needed a new battery. I should've asked the names of the two store associates who helped me bc they were both so great. Kind, knowledgeable, capable and fast. People sometimes forget that these all make a difference. But these two didn't forget. I really appreciated them. I think they both should get a bonus of some sort. I will send people into that particular store bc of them.
