It took me 4 months to get an appointment with a primary care doctor and the day of my appointment I was notified the doctor was out sick. Understandable. However when I called to reschedule they didn't have availability for another 3 months. How is this your system? Now I have to go find another clinic/doctor because waiting 7 months for a physical is absolutely absurd. I'm sure there are great doctors here but I guess I will never know. I'm so upset by how much of my time has been wasted.

I went in with a very low-grade fever and coughing up green mucus. I was told to just let it run its course, and I would be okay in a few days. It didn't get better and I sought out a second opinion because I was scared. It turns out that what was diagnosed as a small respiratory infection at AdvantHealth is pneumonia in my left lung. I am very upset I wasn't taken seriously, and it could have gotten a lot worse if I had let it keep going. I will be looking for another PCP

Dr Walter is a great guy and has addressed every concern I've had or walked in with. Last time I was in, I commented to him that their app message function seemed irrelevant because whenever I had a question, a staff member would just tell me to make an appointment. He said he understood where I was coming from and didn't make any excuses for anyone, and I recently had to use it again and my guy pulled through and was the one to respond with a helpful answer to my concern. It wasn't a big issue, but I noticed and appreciated his efforts.
The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the reception desk, I see what all the others are commenting about, but to finally find a good PCP it's worth it to me.

Doctors and nurses are kind and amazing. I don't know what the receptionists deal is, they are always snarky and rude whenever I go in or call, like they treat me like I'm stupid when I ask for clarification or a question on something. Talking about you Rebecca....snarky b

Disclaimer I’m giving 3 stars because I love the doctor but one star for whoever I spoke to on the phone to get my medication refill request was rude and hung up on me… after asking her to do her job so I can get my medication. I wish I got her name to let them know how she treats patients.

Love my doctor here she is super friendly and understanding and listens to me. However, the desk staff are rude and unhelpful. I have not had any good experiences calling them.

Dr. Beal and her nurse Angie, are absolutely amazing. They’re compassionate, caring, and informative. I didn’t wait at all in the waiting room or the exam room, which is much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

My mother was seen by Angela and Jennifer today, and both were very helpful, kind, and informative. Something we both highly appreciated was that they were including my mother. My mother doesn’t speak English very well so I usually act as her translator, and there have been many times when she is ignored by a physician who only pays attention to me, or the physician won’t meet her eyes, so having people that actually included her in the conversation meant a lot to us!

My family and I have been going here for years. I started with Dr.Schultz then Dr.Ola and now Brooke. I am very satisfied with all three. I am an overall healthy person but I love that Brooke was very thorough with my yearly checkup. I feel comfortable here and will continue coming.

My doctor is awesome and the staff have nice attitude! They used to be another location and this is actually new. But they are same staff doctors and that what's matter the most. And of course, I never had problem. My health is my first priority.
