I was obviously very sick to have to go through this pharmacy for IV antibiotics that I was taking over 8 hours. I never had a problem with getting my medication on time. The pharmacy staff was always pleasant. Hopefully I never get that sick again. But if I do and I require the antibiotics like I did before I would definitely want to go back through them.

I really do not where to start with explaining what an amazing team of people they really are! Tim is absolutely amazing and even when my meds kept me from explaining what I needed he was right there helping me remember or reaching out to a nurse for me to see what I was in need of:Thanksgiving is coming and I broke a dose they are coming out to make sure I have it. If the covering for your PICC isn’t working for you he will adjust it to make you more comfortable.To be frank there has not been a single thing I needed more that Tim didn’t make sure I had BEFORE my nurse for here!They ALWAYS take the time to listen and never try to brush your questions or concerns off. If they don’t have an answer they WILL call the doctors or nurses to make sure you are taken care of properly.I am beyond thankful for this team who absolutely kept me alive through one of the most horrific times in my life!PS: TIM also works as a therapist! Lol he has called more then once that I was crying and he acted like we had been friends for years and was so supportive. (yes I was crying over the darn infection!)In final there is no other company I would trust to take care of my IV meds other than Amerita Home! I sure wish they did normal RX as well because the customer service is TOP OF THE LINE!!

If you have you have to have infusions outside of the hospital setting, this is the place you want to use. Meticulous, friendly, caring, concerned, and reasonable. Have had to use their services on more than one occasion, and they made a difficult time as seamless as it possibly could be. Highly recommend.

I seriously doubt anyone is checking Google Reviews before selecting an Infusion Clinic, but just in case I'm wrong....Everyone here is beyond amazing. They do everything in their power to ensure that all headaches and obstacles related to getting expensive medication covered are removed. Regardless of what Laura gets paid, it probably isn't what she's worth. Give that woman a raise! But not just her... There isn't an employee in that building that I've come across that didn't seem to genuinely care about their job, and their patients. I don't know any one else that needs an Infusion Clinic to recommend Amerita to, but I've made sure my doctor knows how phenomenal Amerita is.

These folks are great. Megan was wonderful to deal with and Connie the receptionist is very kind. Personable and friendly staff. They are a blessing to work with.
