Even more sweetness: my call, and repairs, occurred a day before the first big winter storm of January 2025 starts to roll through. ? The repair was for a replacement of a broken glass window for the front passenger door. Total turn around time for this repair was ~1 hour. In my book this was an absolute win all around.”

“Less than a month after getting my car (my first big girl purchase) it was unfortunately damaged badly from a big construction company, absolutely covered in cement. I had no idea what to do. Mccarthy Overland park damage and collision was there to help me every step of the way. They made sure my vehicle was returned to me the way it should be! “I drive a Jeep Wrangler. As most Wrangler owners know, windshield replacement is not uncommon with our vehicles. I got hit with an unknown object while driving through downtown KC at 1 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon, and the impact caused immediate cracking that spread really quickly. Frustratingly, I was scheduled to drive 350 miles/5 hours west the following morning, so I needed a fix quickly! I was able to make an appointment through the Safelite website at the Shawnee location for Friday morning at 10 a.m. I was even able to get the claim submitted through my insurance via the Safelite website, which is great because the newer Wrangler windshields are much more expensive than the ones I replaced on my 2014 and 2019 versions!
Service was started on time, and my car was done in about an hour and a half. I was able to sit in their waiting room area and work while I waited...wifi was adequate for working in my Google drive. Customer service was stellar across the board. They were busy in there, cranking out multiple fixes throughout the time I was waiting. They were friendly and helpful with everyone I heard them speaking to. While I usually go through my Jeep dealership for this kind of situation, I will 100% use Safelite again in the future! (Although I really hope I won't need to. >.<)”

“Gerber Collision was A+. The moment I came by for an estimate to the moment the repairs were finished, I was updated and communication was excellent among all staff. I had a carbon fiber piece that was attached to the damaged portion of the vehicle and they were able to match it completely. Also, the rear window needed to be replaced and they were fully able to match the tint that was on prior to the accident. Overall A+ experience Super professional, friendly and very reliable team at Gerber.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
