Let me start by saying that I love Casey's pizza, we order pizza from here often and until today this location WAS my favorite.
Teach your workers not to argue/challenge your customers if they tell you something is not right with their order, ESPECIALLY when we order the same thing every time and this one particular time our pizza looked absolutely pathetic.
We got a refund, do better.

I want to say a HUGE thank you to the wonderful staff here! I had an issue with some breakfast pizzas that I ordered - my fault, not theirs, and they were truly amazing about the whole thing. Everyone I encountered was awesome from the girl who took my phone call, to the manager who confirmed the date to the friendly woman who made the pizzas. Thank you so much everyone! The pizzas were great!

I don't understand what has happened to make Casey's go downhill so fast. It seems like every Casey's I'm visiting nowadays has horrible customer service and this one is no exception. I said good morning to the girl and asked her how she was and she rolled her eyes at me and ask me if I had Casey's rewards. The card machine was not cooperating with me and was having a glitch . She made me feel like it was my fault and ostracized me in front of the other people in line. I think I might finally be done with Casey's which is very sad as it's been one of my favorite gas stations since I was a small child.

Upgrade pumps! Tap to pay needs to be added and so does chip readers for security reasons. So outdated for such a busy station

I love Casey’s, but this store is very dirty. Also, be careful driving in the parking lot/pumps area because there are huge potholes.

I went to this Casey's and the gentleman James who was working the register was so patient, kind and helpful. I was absolutely blown away with his attitude and the smile on his face. No matter how many people came up and asked questions, he was happy to help them and had such a good attitude! Thank you James!

This Casey’s has less than stellar employees and treat guests as such. They lack professionalism in their attire and demeanor. They are rude and standoffish. They show no signs of urgency and helping customers at the register is second to their vape sticks or coworkers.I’ll find a Quik Trip next time I’m in this area.
