“I live in Texas and ordered a pair of Anderson Bean Ostrich boots online from Nigro's. I had some questions about them and everyone I talked to on the phone was very pleasant. I also had a custom request where I needed the boot straps dyed a different color. Most stores would have told me "no way," but David Nigro, Jr. was happy to dye them for me before shipping out. I got them today and they are beautiful boots, exactly as expected. I will definitely be back to buy more boots in the future!”
“Found some shorts that fit me very well but I was literally sweating bullets in the fitting rooms. I thought it was because i was coming from walking in the heat. I was so flustered and overwhelmed by the heat that I didn’t even finish trying on the clothes i had. When I got to the front the employees were offering water bottles and they had fans going, that’s when I realized the AC was out. I was amazed by the employees unwavered and positive attitudes. The two guys at the register were incredibly kind and apologetic. As I was leaving I heard them mention this was the 3rd summer in a row this has happened.
No customer wants to shop or try on clothes in the heat. The employees should not have to work like that either but they did so with a smile on their face. They are the only reason I’m not leaving a 1 star review”

“During my visit, Debra and Julie were so helpful with assisting me in finding my right size of clothing. I spent over an hour in the store trying on different pieces to find the right fit, and these women helped me exceptionally. They helped give me feedback on the way an item was designed to fit and how it looked on me and always brought me extra sizing options to choose from when one item didn't fit like we thought it should. I am so thrilled with my new clothes and am so thankful Debra and Julie were so patient with me. The selection of items this store provided was very good, it was clean and organized, and I definitely recommend this location!”

“I was blown away by how easy my experience consigning with JBF has been! This is my first time consigning with JBF, but I’ve consigned for several years with another local consignment sale.
From drop off to item pick up, everything has been more orderly and more convenient than with the other sale. Plus, my sales were literally twice as good! I was about to give up on consignment sales, because my past experiences have been so frustrating, but now I have hope again!!!

“The clerk and store manager were very helpful with my return of something I bought online. I used my credit to buy the right size of the item I returned. They were having a store wide sale so I was able to buy a few other things I needed. I just really love the style and quality of their clothing. “I love this indoor mall! Indoor malls are struggling to stay alive which I don't know why because seriously the convenience of indoor malls are awesome! They even have like car buggies you can rent for your little to ride in and somewhere to put your bags. That is the one thing that has always sucked about a shopping mall is carrying all your crap around and not just running to your car to drop them off cause you parked on the other side. But they fixed that! Shoot even if I didn't have a little I'd still roll that buggy! I love that it has a Nordys, a Barnes & Noble, Disney Store, and so many other great stores. It's not like some malls that are struggling so bad that they will rent out to anyone. So the store is bare and has a sheet up for their back room and the items are straight off the shelves of a sweatshop. I hope they can continue to maintain. I do know Black Friday was hopping this past year. That's always a good sign!”
“I went into the Vineyard Vines in Leawood today to be greeted by a great young man named Rowen. We chatted while I shopped and he really took the time to help me have the best shopping experience I have ever had in a Vineyard Vines. He was so professional and kind and that is so hard to find these days when shopping. I appreciated the excellent customer service and the great smile that went with it. He reminded me of my son that is close to his age. After shopping there today, I will always choose this location in KC to do my VV shopping and highly recommend it to everyone! An added plus....the store is so organized, clean and is beautiful! Thank you so much again, Rowen!”

“I live within a walking distance of the store which is great when I need last minute gifts. Their home decor stuff is so cute!! It is a little bit on the pricer side but the quality of everything is so good. I love everything I get there and its totally worth it. Ive gotten some great gifts there as well for friends, family and even little kids. The women that work there are helpful when you need them. They also do a great job gift wrapping. This store is small but mighty in what they carry.”

“I am a frequent shopper here and there was an incident tonight of a customer being very upset and unhinged to the staff until I stepped in, she CUSSING at them about political views WHILE CHILDREN were in the store. She said she was going to leave a fake review about bedbugs, and I came on here to check and sure enough she did. The ladies who work here are such sweethearts and were just in shock of this lady yelling at them. I feel bad for the workers, but I can promise the review left by Allison Frankovic is not true.”
“The ladies, specifically Maddie and Kaylee, were wonderful tonight. I was there until closing. Had tried on a few pairs of jeans and wanted to price match with the website. They had no issue with doing that, even when there was a bit of a glitch and they had to redo it a couple times. Overall, very friendly and helpful. The store was also clean and well organized. Will be back!”

“Although the customer service counter seemed to move very slowly, once it was my turn, my pickup order was ready and accurate. This is my first pickup order experience at any JCPENNEY and I appreciated how easy it was. It would be nice to have a separate line for pickups so that orders that are already paid for can get priority service over someone with a giant load of returns/purchases who takes 15+ minutes at the counter. Once you find the entrance, the parking is convenient and plentiful on the top level of the parking structure.”
“This was my first time shopping at H&M. I was very impressed with the store. It was very nice and clean. The clothes were good quality. Pricing was fair. The dressing rooms were a little messy and there were a lot of clothes to be returned to the rack. Customer Service was okay. There was a little bit of a line and the customer service agent that I had was not very friendly. Overall I give the store 8 out of 10 and I will definitely go back and shop again.”

“This is the best Carter's location in the Kansas City area. The store is very well organized and always has amazing deals going on. I love how well stocked the sales rack is. I can always find a good bargain. Staff is also very friendly and attentive to any question or concern I may have.”
