The staff is great, too. I always get helped, but never feel pressured to buy. They're also really good about sticking to my price point and not trying to upsell me.”

“Wow! What a shock. I have a Samsung laptop that needs a new screen. First went to Micro Center, "we don't work on Samsungs. Then to Best Buy, "for $89 we can ship it off to see what it will cost.Out of frustration I do a quick Google search to find this place. Great price, great service and a quick, faster than quoted, turnaround.”

“I called up asking if my laptop could be repaired it being a decent gaming device and unfortunately he could not repair it due to the parts not available through his vendors and how the manufacturer didn’t let the parts out, so i called back right before close and we talked for about 25 minutes and he went above and beyond to show me some comparable options i could buy within my budget and what specs i needed to keep gaming. i’ve been out in the westport area since 2013 and this business is still running strong he is very friendly and professional and no BS. I highly recommend them to anyone with any computer needs!”

“Best pawn shop in the area. Very friendly and fair. Avoid Penguin Pawn down the road like the plague. The owner was rude, yelled at his employees like they were dumb even though it was him being dumb. Pure criminals there..I have done business's here at Heartland and have always been taken care of and felt appreciated as a customer. Not like a criminal which is how I felt at Penguin cause I had a MO license and my cancer patient GF lives across the street from them! Heartland all the way!!”

They have a great selection of in stock filament for 3D printing, and so many other home computer equipment options, like monitors, CPUs, and laptops. They have a full variety of keyboards, mice, speakers, cabling, headsets, gaming options etc. If you need something in a hurry, this is the place to go. Their prices are very competitive to what you can find online most of the time, and you have the out of bonus of being able to get it right away. The staff is always knowledgeable and courteous, but be aware during peak times the line can get very long but moves quickly.”

“Tues. 11-28-23 Today was an awesome experience! It was my first visit to an Apple Store!! Just to be upfront, my technical skills are definitely on the very low end of the scale. So at first, it felt a bit intimidating... so busy, lots of people..that is until I met one the managers ...her name is **SERITA... WOW, WOW and WOW ... she immediately put me at ease and was attentive to why I was there ... which was for 'accessories' ... but ... then addressed something that I had just been 'thinking' about and that was an APPLE watch ..which is an important alert system so important, especially for us seniors. Next .. was the introduction to another Apple Rep "PAIGE" ....another WOW,WOW,WOW .. Paige walked me through picking out the watch (which I had not planned on purchasing .. but I did!!) and the accessories w and helping me setup! Paige's personality, again, put me at ease ... made me feel a valuable customer. **SERITA and PAIGE at the APPLE Store in Kansas City PLAZA STORE are a shining example of customer service... and oh yes, their knowledge of the APPLE products amazed me. KUDOS &.MANY THANKS...to 'SERITA' and 'PAIGE.' ... I am most grateful and a raving fan of APPLE and those two women!!M.Connelly”

There are several display areas with samples of their phones and tablets tethered to the displays.A staff coordinator will engage you to see if you need a consultant. If so, you will be put in queue and someone will get to you in a few minutes.The consultant/sales person will answer questions and assist as they can. All staff are bright, upbeat, engaging and helpful.When you purchase something, another staffer brings it out to you and your sales person rings it up on their iPhone. She also registered the phone with our carrier - T-Mobile.Then your sales consultant sends you to a back table to be with an installation consultant who helps you configure your phone - download contacts and files.All in all, it is an efficient and pleasant experience.”
