“Called ahead and asked to have my phones charger port replaced. Was assured it could be taken care of and they had the part. I was in and out within 25 mins and the man that helped me was polite. Thanks!!”
“I broke my phone last night and was out of state and I needed it fixed ASAP before I went into work. With it being a holiday weekend a lot of other phone repair places were closed or they opened really late or if you wanted OEM they were gonna charge you an arm and a leg. They were able to get me in. They quoted me $150 to fix my phone. I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was amazing and he was so great, very understanding and super professional. He got it done in a timely manner. I was able to drop my phone off and go home get ready for work and come back and have my phone fixed and I’d say it took about 30 minutes altogether. Also, bottom left edge was bent in from where my phone was shattered, and he bent it out for me. The reason why I’m giving four stars the screen protector was a little bit pricey. It was about $30 for a screen protector, but if it ever breaks again, it’s covered under warranty. Other than that, this place was fabulous. I ended up spending a little more than I wanted to. But I’m just so grateful that my phone is fixed.”

“The young man Erik gave me one of the best experiences I have ever had at At@t. He made th process very easy and was great at explaining things. When I got home I found out there were problems with my phone caused by the backend of AT&T. This was not Erik’s fault at all yet he spent over an hour on the phone with AT&T just to solve my issue. When u got home my phone was working perfectly. I hope it any mangers are reading this I hope he gets specifically recognized.”

“I had a spectacular experience at this Boost Mobile location. Miriam Hernandez is a gem and hopefully Boost understands how wonderful she is. Her customer service is top tier. She was very very patient with all my questions and concerns. This location has a lot of foot traffic but she was able to juggle working with me and others coming in. She was able to get me into the phone and plan that fit my needs and budget. I highly recommend.”

“I got notified at 5:46 pm to pick up my order and the store closed at 6pm. I called to see if I could be helped if I arrived right at 6pm. Van answered and said to take my time. He promised that he could get me checked out, just not process my device swap. He kept his word and was kind in the process. Amazing service!”
“I went to a different store to drop off my old device (trade in) and they said I had to mail it in. They told me I had to call customer service and get a shipping label. That was a bunch of BS. I went to this location and they took my device no questions asked. It was so quick and easy. I'm only going to this Att location from now on”
