“Selling and buying a home can be a stressful process. Working with someone who is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest makes the process wonderful! We would definitely recommend Ann Lenger!!!! Ann made selling our home in the midst of a pandemic such a smooth and easy process!During the whole process she was professional, patient, and and ensured our questions and needs were met. Ann is a wealth of knowledge and priced our home fairly. After we sold our home we turned around and bought a new home. Ann is a great negotiator that she made the process of buying a new home for us so smooth as well. We can't say enough great things about Ann!”

“On September 11, 2026, I visited the Overland Park store to migrate my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the iPhone 15 Pro Max. I was assisted by Ty, who was working alone at the time. As Ty assisted me in diagnosing and transferring my data to the newer version, more customers began to arrive at the store. Despite the increased traffic, Ty demonstrated remarkable multitasking skills, effectively managing his time between helping me and attending to his other customers. Although my issue initially seemed more complex, Ty managed to resolve it while ensuring that all the other customers who came into the store during my visit were also assisted. As an IT professional myself, I was thoroughly impressed by Ty’s maturity, professionalism, exceptional service quality, and unwavering customer focus. His performance truly represented the company well and would undoubtedly earn him a five-star rating from me.”

“I took my elderly father in to buy a new phone, but there were several hurdles along the way, including how to access his Verizon account, his Apple ID, decide which phone might be best suited to his needs, etc. Pedro helped every step of the way and was knowledgeable, patient and so kind. All our questions were answered with care and respect. He truly went the extra mile in making sure all the details were taken care of and that we left without loose ends. One of the best customers service experiences I have ever had!”

“Significantly cheaper and faster than their competitors. Jason had my screen repaired in less than 20 minutes and even put a new screen protector on for me. Worth the time to go here as opposed to the bigger names - King Cellular had the parts in stock and did my repair the same day. Very thankful! Will be coming back here for all my repairs. Edit to add: I came back again and dealt with the loveliest gal. I didn't catch her name but she was just as quick and kind as my last experience. I have no regrets keeping my phone repair business with them!”

“I don't think I've met a more patient man than Ian at CPR. My son's phone broke and I had an appointment elsewhere to get it fixed - they were unable to help me and sent me to see Ian. I had so much difficulty getting the insurance claim reassigned to CPR and figuring out how to get past all the security on the phone to even get to the point of having it fixed. Ian walked me through every part of it - all while continuing to fix other phones! When we finally got it worked out so that it could be fixed, he had it ready to go in minutes. It looks brand new and works great. I cannot thank this man enough for what he did and for his patience and knowledge. I will never go anywhere else.”

“Wow. Talk about above and beyond! Gavin and Tyler were all over the issues I came in with. They not only fixed issues but educated me and reviewed my records, suggesting potential offers I would benefit from. The store was well tended, which I can’t say about the authorized retailer I typically use. These guys were friendly, attentive, timely and knowledgeable. Even when dealing with another client whose expectations were they could fix things that have nothing to do with ATT, they politely offered alternative solutions and behaved respectfully to an obviously disrespectful visitor. Kudos for their professionalism. This has now become the single location I will use”
