Was placed on hold 2 times, alisha and Amanda were the two I got to speak with, alisha put me on hold in the middle of my explanation, was placed on another hold for 8 minutes, 3rd customer representative was Amanda was very rude, started getting an attitude after I said “ please don’t put me on hold like the last two employees did with out any explanation “ then asked “ what do you need help with after I tried explaining she questioned me with an attitude and I then said “ ma’am if you could let me finish explaining “ then she interrupted me in the middle of my sentence ones again trying to explain the situation, I tried talking over her and she then yelled at me saying “ if you want help talk to someone else about your problem “ i then responded I’m just trying to expla…“ and she hung up . Amanda and Alisha both very poor customer service

I called Lenexa location Monday 12pm Jerry answered the phone , I explained to him that I have a fraud on my account and spoke to Olathe location on Saturday morning ( forgot that Olathe only open Monday-Frid 1-6pm drive through only). Jerry start telling me that I need to call Olathe location and I explained to him that I did and it is automatic Sistem no customer service as it only open 1-6pm drive through only. Jerry start arguing with me...and later finally put me on hold telling me hi will call the Olathe location. Later he told me that Alisha will call me in 5 minutes or so asked me super quick for my phone number and hang up on me. I was shocked. No one called me back that day! Been a customer for 17 years...but may be a time to change.Ve

Opened a personal account here. This is a very convenient location. They were equipped with all the precautions for the on-going pandemic. Felt very comfortable and welcomed by the staff. They have the personal banking services that I needed. Customer volume is low; perhaps too low to ensure longevity. Nevertheless, a great experience for this new customer.
