Closed at 11:30 on a Wednesday. Door says the store is temporarily closed. I am about to switch color lines, CosmoProf has been so unreliable since 2020.

Love this location! Catherine saved me again today by letting me know that if I forget what I used in the past, she can look it up from prior purchases, and tell me what product I used so I don't need to stress! Everyone there is helpful and lovely!

I dread coming here. The customer service is atrocious. I've had issues with the credit card and apparently multiple accounts. I've called and put in a request to merge them, as the woman who checks me out always treats me rude like it's my fault they've kept my student account active since 2016. I actually wish I had another location closer, because every experience gets worse and worse here, because I know I am going to be treated horribly at check out.
