I went to pick up a prescription and was verbally attacked by Rachel. I was calm and polite but the last 2 times I have been there she shows up at the window to tell me off. I don't know this woman and
have no idea why she has an issue. I'm reporting hippa and pharmacy violations because of her actions and none taken by management. Disgusting behavior.

Pharmacist was rude and disrespectful talked to you like she knew more than you even when she was giving you information you knew was incorrect. When I tried to give her an explanation to help her understand my childs medical needs and medications, she proceeded to abruptly place me on hold with no warning only for her to realize she was incorrect, to then get back on the line and blame her mistake and attitude on a failure to communicate rather than just apologizing for her mistake. When I spoke to the supervisor he claimed it was my fault, and that I was being "aggressive" over the phone even though i was never given the opportunity to explain my side or my daughter needs before she put the call on hold. Absolutely poor customer service and extremely poor management to not only condone such poor behavior from their employees but then to demonstrate the same behavior towards customers is honestly astonishing.

I showed up 5 minutes before closing to pick up a prescription for my sick child, but the door and pickup window were already locked and the employees saw and ignored me. I get wanting to go home after a long workday, but please understand that your customers sometimes need vital medication that you have.

Store front has been delightful, thank you to the mgr Alan going out of his way and the persons who go beyond to help.
However I won't put up with the pharmacists speaking loudly amongst themselves about customers or my privacy far exceeding HIPAA? They can be heard across the store and even when on break behind closed walls. One would think that profession at least could respect some quiet medical conversation?
I went to the pharmacy because it was close to home despite all of the complaints. I even answered the surveys to give good feedback thinking CVS was working to make this location better.

We had a passport photo taken here. It was acceptable for the passport, but the background was not white enough for a Visa application to the country in South America we were traveling to. Walgreens had a white screen pull-down that they used which did the trick.

I had a concern and called to speak to the manager. Allen picked up the phone himself and was exceptionally kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to address my concern, and I truly appreciate it.

Without going into too much detail, the pharmacist here is extremely rude and condescending. She lacks compassion and empathy which one should have while working in the healthcare industry. I will not be returning to this pharmacy and I would run far far away if you were considering this one.

I tend to come here on my lunch and it’s nice to be able to run in and run out quickly and not have to wait forever. The one thing I do have to say is the prices are a little pricey especially for the size of some of the portions. I love this place just wish it was a little cheaper.

I was in the drive through waiting in line and pulled up to the window at 5:58pm, the window closed and I was unable to pick up my prescription. They could see me in line and I was in line well before closing. Rude and terrible customer service. Thankfully the medicine I needed could wait until tomorrow.

This is the worst pharmacy. Very slow and rude staff. They tell patients misinformation and lie about when prescription were called in.

Although the on line scheduling was a burden - I was finally able to get a person from the pharmacy to assist me in scheduling my vaccines. She was polite and very helpful. At my appointment time I was greeted with a friendly smile and the pharmacist who administered the vaccine was also friendly, kind and helpful.
