Although they had the two items I was looking for as I traveled to the area to pick up my new motorcycle, not a single employee acknowledged my entrance to the store, not one asked me if I needed help. The check out counter was covered with piles of product that looked to be in the process of possibly stocking them but it left only a small section for me to bring my items. I tried to interact with the three employees, they ignored me until I finally said, “I’m ready to check out”. The guy asked me “did you find what you were looking for?”, I said, “Apparently” but it was lost on him. Glad I’ll never have a need for this store again. My local store in Rogers, AR has great employees that seem to actually care.

James helped me with a tire i needed mounted/balanced with no advance notice and got me in and out within 10 minutes. Very helpful and professional and got me back on the road. Definitely recommend!

Both times I’ve been there the staff were grouchy and rude. The first guy seemed irritated that I wanted a budget helmet and they only had expensive ones in store.
The second time I needed to buy a lot and did. I told the guy I’m not sure about one thing and could I bring it back. He said yes but 30 minutes later when I came back after buying a better one somewhere else he was nasty about it.
I’m not sure of the issue but my guess is they are paid by commission so are not wanting to help a budget buyer.

I had a tire mounted recently and noticed they did not wipe the tire down after mounting so I had dried tire lube the consistency of plumbers dope around the rim. They did not remove my old weights and just added another on the outer edge of the wheel half way between my weights and the valve stem. Also failed to line the dot up with the valve stem there may have been a reason but no way of knowing. After I cleaned it up and rebalanced the wheel all is good.
