5/5 stars for Jamie - she was my saving grace for finding a MOH dress! She was very patient with me and listened to everything I said. She checked every dress before I tried it on to make sure I could get it in the color and by the time of the wedding.
2/5 on my experience before finding Jamie. I could only find my size or a close size in 3 dresses. All the others were size 4 or size 18. Need more size options… very defeating! This was my 4th time coming into David’s bridal to find a dress. The first time the lady had me and all the bridesmaids in different fabrics resulting in half us needing to change our dresses. Providing dresses that didn’t come in the fabric or color even after telling her the color and fabric chosen. The second time the lady was the rudest person and didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I left very defeated and she had me get the completely wrong size. She made me not want to buy from you at all! The 3rd time I was brought a dress and fell in love to find out it didn’t come in the color. They should really check that before having you try on a dress.

I am beyond frustrated about my experience today at this location. My mom and future mother in law had appointments to shop for mother of the bride/groom gowns.
Our consultant could not have been less involved or have appeared any more inconvenienced than what she was. She provided zero information or professional insight during the appointment. Through the entirety of the appointment, she proceeded to stand off the to side yawning with her arms folded rather than assisting the two customers she was assigned to help.
She did not pull one dress off the rack for my mom or MIL, or make sure any needs were met. When my mom asked for another size as it was very clear it was not fitting correctly, our consultant stood there while I, the bride, went back to grab the proper dress.
At the end of the appointment, the consultant had to be prompted to provide directions on how to purchase the gown my mom liked. She then disappeared and there was no conclusion to this appointment which ended with us walking out the door because she was nowhere to be seen. Beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

We were very disappointed with the lack of options for Mother and Gradmother of the bride. The staff was very nice but the lack of colors and options was not at all what we expected.

I needed a simple black dress and I needed it fast. The ladies at David's Bridal delivered. I was in and out of the store with the perfect dress in 15 minutes! Highly recommend!
