Selling and buying a home can be a stressful process. Working with someone who is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest makes the process wonderful! We would definitely recommend Ann Lenger!!!! Ann made selling our home in the midst of a pandemic such a smooth and easy process!During the whole process she was professional, patient, and and ensured our questions and needs were met. Ann is a wealth of knowledge and priced our home fairly. After we sold our home we turned around and bought a new home. Ann is a great negotiator that she made the process of buying a new home for us so smooth as well. We can't say enough great things about Ann!

They lied to me, so they’ll probably lie to you. Stiffed me on a $269 bill.

Ann provided excellent advice to me and is very knowledgeable in ALL areas impacting the finances of selling a home. She was always available and accomadating and I received top dollar for the sale of my home. I would reccomand Ann to family, friends and colleagues. I thoroughly enjoyed her help and appreciated any other professional referrals she gave me. Molly M

Be aware – she claimed $1,500 for a few days of a bad experience instead of saying sorry!May 24, 2016 Ann Lenger introduced herself as an experienced realtor and broker with 10+ current listings. May 25 we signed a listing agreement, provided pictures, full house description and design for flyers. May 27 we found critical mistakes with our listing: she posted wrong pictures (no kitchen, no master bedroom and no master bathroom). Description on MLS was not relevant. She did not use a Centralized Showing System. We were very surprised and asked some questions. Her communication style made us worry about her professionalism as a listing agent. We went to the internet to find out more about her experience. According to internet resources she does not do a lot of job as a realtor and when she does she usually represents buyers, she sells about one house per year. This explains lack of technology and expertise. We were very polite and asked her to cancel our listing agreement right away and offered to cover her expenses for printing flyers. She demanded $1500 (it was not in our listing agreement).
