Seth is a sweetie! He helped me get my husband a funeral attendee outfit with tact and grace, and when they didn't have an item at his store in nkc, reserved the item for me in Overland Park for pickup. Such a great associate!

the staff was courteous and helpful. However, for a Big and Tall Store, I found the bigger sizes lacking. if you are 2 or 3X or T you are fin but 4+ is a struggle. I did find one nice shirt in my size that was affordable. But the struggle to find is why many big guys buy online.

This is one of the cleanest and most thoroughly stocked DXL stores I have ever been in. The two ladies working there were phenomenal they knew the store and knew what they had. I have recently lost several pounds and needed to update my wardrobe. Jenn was very good at helping me mix and match outfits. Jenn has been with the store six plus years she was a wealth of knowledge I can’t say enough about her and the great service that I received!
