This is not a customer experience.....yet. I placed my order at 6a.m. for a dozen chocolate covered strawberries from Sherries Berries to be delivered today. I am a previous customer who had a very good experience with their products. However sad I am that they are not in business in their brick and mortar location they would have been smart to only hire those willing to uphold the brand name and do the customers they lost business to right. The name 'edible arrangements' is a trademark of excellence and unique gifts that I think will be hard to replace. But looking at these horrible reviews I may have made a huge mistake.

I'm still waiting on my flowers from this store. My edible arrangement was haphazardly thrown on and all the fruit fell off and into the bag. Would not recommend this branch because they haven't returned my calls and it's been 3 weeks since I first called. I just want my money back..

My husband ordered from this place for Valentines day and only received one order . I have called several times and they never answer the phone . Dont waste your time ordering from them , so unprofessional

Ordered an arrangement a week ago for a birthday. It’s 4:10 PM and my recipient is now ready to leave the office. This is completely ridiculous seeing as I pre ordered. $132 you would think they would prioritize/have better and more punctual deliveries.

I was nervous bc I discovered the reviews after I ordered. However I had a great experience. I ordered at 10am and it was delivered by 2pm. I noticed that a lot of the negative reviews were near holidays and maybe that is a factor in the customer service. Anyway I was pleased.

This place is TERRIBLE!!! I ordered 3 weeks prior to Valentine’s Day to make sure that I left plenty of time for them to make my order. My order was SUPPOSED to contain balloons and fruit in a vase and I didn’t receive the balloons and the quality of the fruit and chocolate covering was AWFUL! I tried to call around 40 times to get ahold of management to get a refund and they never answered the phone or returned my messages. Awful customer service, awful product quality, terrible all around. They’ll go out of business soon, I would give zero stars if I could. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!

Ordered a same day delivery via the website ($180) and I kept tracking the order and it was 4 stops away for over six hours and it never came so I asked for a refund which I never got and instead they delivered it the next day with the fruit cut terrible and outside of the guaranteed delivery. Been over a week and can’t speak to anyone as I can only leave voicemails with and I get no return call. Absolutely would not do business with this place ever again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.
DO NOT USE EDIBLE.COM. My order has still shown out for delivery since 2/14. I was charged that day and never received my order. I have left VMs, filed an incident, and still have not been issued a refund or a status update. The store manager has not contacted me, and the main corporation contact info is automated. This company appears fraudulent.

Ordered something for my wife for Valentines day, a week in advance. Never showed up. They aren't answering their phone or returning messages. Gonna have to report as fraud i guess to get my money back.

How do you shut down a business. This is terrible. I have called them multiple times in regards to my Valentine’s Day order and have not heard back. This looks NOTHING like the photo you guys post on your website. This is FALSE advertisement. And the box was absolutely disgusting covered in food.

If i could give this business 0 stars i would. Not only did i schedule a delivery 10 days out, but they didn’t even attempt to deliver it. Then when calling got no answer, when i left a contact on the website still never got anyone to return with the why. I literally had to show up in person and they offered to give it to me so i could deliver it after charging me a delivery fee. No apology, nothing…. Then they looked shocked when i asked for a refund. Hands down a company that will promise you everything until they have your money and they will not deliver…. Do not use this company its nothing but a hard time and wasted expectations.

Absolute worst customer service. Order delivery for Feb 13th and the driver showed up 2 hours after the business closed. Spoke with him and apologized and said he could have it delivered first thing the 14th. Awesome that works. Unfortunately again the delivery never made it. Have called the local store numerous times with no answer. Emailed support and still no answer. Can’t seem to get anyone on the phone and struggling to get a call back from corporate just to get a refund.

Ordered a bouquet of flowers, a dozen chocolate covered strawberries and a card for Valentines days to be delivered. Ordered early so there would be no issues. Come Valentines day, the order showed 1 stop away for 4 hours. The store does not answer their phone. By the time the delivery happened 6 hours later, they delivered the flowers only in a mailbox in the cold. We had to go to the store to get the rest of our product. We received no apology or anyway to resolve this. We also spent over $10 in delivery and had to pick it up and deliver it ourselves. I recommend going to russle stovers or sherry's berries before ordering from edible arrangements.
