I just had a horrible experience GEBA/New York Life should stop using this company. I was scheduled for a routine blood test and urinalysis at the walk-inclinic at ExamOne at 11166 Fairfax Blvd #202, Fairfax, VA 22030. I also had a backup plan, to have a home visit.
