We have had nothing but issues with this company while trying to get our appliances. Still waiting on our fridge that was scheduled for delivery 9/30. We have received excuse after excuse with what seems like little effort to make this right.

the salesman was 5 stars and the delivery guys 3 stars. but, the warranty company they use (or own?) for extended warranties is a NEGATIVE 5! TERRIBLE! if you buy an appliance from Factory Direct, DO NOT buy an extended warranty from New Leaf or True Blue or whatever their name is on the day you are there.

Why make an appointment time to accept your product and when the truck driver shows up at that time you're not ready to take your product! We don't have the time to spare to just sit at your dock, get y'all stuff together please!

Technical infrastructure for Ferguson's existing customers is out dated! It's 2023, not 1980. Finding the status of any existing order is tedious.

I think this is a new place. They don't seem to have things worked out yet. I was the pick up person. I went to a door and was told to go to the farthest door. At that door I was told to load at the garage door on the back. There are are multiple doors on the back. Finally knocked on a door and was told to go to another door. And at this door the appliances were finally loaded. Hopefully they will het things worked out.

Would give zero stars if I could. I have interacted with thousands of businesses in my lifetime and can't think of a worse experience than dealing with Ferguson. Absolutely terrible customer service. I realize there are supply chain issues, but the communication and responsiveness of employees should not be affected by the supply chain. Quite frankly, the employees here just don't care. I am so looking forward to the point when the remodel craze dies down and Ferguson is dying for business, rather than acting like they are doing you a favor by doing business with you. In short, do NOT order appliances, fixtures, lighting etc from Ferguson. I can promise you that you will regret it...

I am the type of person to leave a good review when it is due. But, also a bad one when it is due. I gave them plenty of grace and time to fix their mistakes. But their customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Working with Megan Vejraska has been a nightmare. I understand that the shipping mishaps from suppliers is out of their hands, but she laughed on the phone when telling me that she has no eta for my dishwasher and "has no loaner" to provide me. These appliances were ordered in August, it is now almost March. She also failed to tell me that the oven she sold me on, is no longer being made. So the whole waiting time, no order has been placed for an oven. I am giving them a one star for the loaner oven I've been lucky to use.

If I could have gave no stars I would have. The end of August I ordered all new appliances for my new house. Frigidaire Galaxy refrigerator refrigerator Galaxy microwave Frigidaire Galaxy electric stove washer and dryer all Frigidaire. My appliances were delivered mid October. Closed on the house November 5th. So on on December the 20th I went to cook something in my oven and my stove won't come on. Call factory direct next business day. Talk to a service person, told us that they will get in touch with us. So around January the 10th we get a call from factory direct about a survey on the stove. Let them know that no one has ever called us back regarding the stove or it came out to check on the stove. Today is January 25th factory direct was supposed to come out and take a look at my stove between the hours of 12 and 4:00 and no one has showed up. I'm really upset because how do you do warranty on the stove that's not even 3 months old. This should be a replacement.

For the record, I'm sure the actual company is great, however their ability to hire competent people in this day and age is the reason for such a low review.We were directed towards Factory Direct because of a certain surplus in an appliance. Upon arrival, we were told that we would not be able to pick up the appliance due to no employees working in the warehouse. We were told we could not load it ourselves and the employees on the floor could not do it.An easy sale that would of been profitable, resulted in a no sale and us driving to a mom and pop shop.Hire people willing to do what it takes to make a sale.

The showroom consultant we worked with was pleasant but almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach by phone! The customer’s service here is lousy both in person and especially over the phone .. RUDE, UNFRIENDLY and unwilling to be very helpful. The only reason we used them was because it’s who the builder went through. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place.

Receiving is nasty.Got here at 1pm.They say,they will unload me tomorrow at 8am.There was no truck at the docks but they say no room.Spend the night at 8am I checked in.Got a dock still there at 11am,and yet they say if you check after 11am they won't take you.Crazy.This GE I load got loaded at Grand Prairie,TX with a 5hrs delay monday. hoping to get empty b4 2pm Wednesday.
