I've been going to Firestone Complete Auto Care in Lenexa KS for close to 20 years. They've always been wonderful for basic maintenance, tires, etc... My last visit yesterday was just as fantastic for some basic maintenance.

Left rear tire was leaking air. A simple patch wasn't an option due to the location of the screw. Lindsie told me a tire was in stock and quoted me a price. I agreed and they swapped the tire. Everything was taken care of within an hour. Positive experience!

In December I had a family emergency out of town but needed an oil change. I explained my situation and urgency. This location was very responsive and got my car done very quickly so I could get out of town. I've had very good experience here with their customer service and work on my car.
