“Stellar customer service!! Last night I bought a gorgeous Christmas tree from here and after many attempts to get her (Susie Sunshine) straight, I realized she was a little crooked on the cut. When I called to see if I could bring her back to get recut, they offered to send help instead. Thankfully I only live 7 minutes away, so Joe was able to come by and get her straightened out.
