    I had a problem with shipping that was in no way the fault of FormuFit but they stepped up, filed a claim on my behalf, settled the claim, and when they shipped it the second time they used my preferred shipping company to get the product to me. Superb customer service.

    I recently bought a few pieces of black PVC online with two separate orders for two difference sizes, since FORMUFIT was one of the few places I could find black PVC for cheap. The shipping speed was fair, good packaging, and a product that has a high quality look and feel.

    No response to email inquiry about order status not shipped. Poor customer service.
