About Galls
Galls provides great and extraordinary customer service with very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Employees are respectful, courteous, and kind, going out of their way to ensure orders are correct and prompt. They are skilled at finding specialty items that are hard to locate elsewhere. However, some customers note a limited in-person shoe and clothing selection, which can lead them to shop elsewhere because they prefer trying items on before buying. This business has a long history of patronage from law enforcement and first responder families.

I had ordered some pants online, and I mistakenly ordered wrong. I went to return them in the store, and Cora was extremely helpful!! She had such a wonderful attitude, said that they could ship replacements to me immediately, and really, overall, it was such a great interaction! Thanks Cora!!
