Took my two kids for back-to-school haircuts and one stylist was pretty gruff and kind of rude and the other stylist was nicer but missed multiple spots on my son’s hair and I had to point them out to her. She was very fast on his hair, so I guess I know why. I loved my experience at another location, but that one was full today. I don’t plan to come back to this location and will plan ahead better so I can go to the other location where I had a positive experience.

Since it’s a tossup finding a good stylist, I really hate that Great Clips doesn’t offer an option to directly call a specific store. If I find someone I really like, I’ll never know when they’re working unless I physically go there/hope they’re around. Really impractical/poor business choice.

Wish I would have read the reviews and skipped this place. I was charged for an actual haircut when I just came in for an undercut cleanup. Every other Great Clips charges me for a neck trim and when I pointed that out the lady told me everyone else was charging me wrong. I literally sat in her chair for <5 minutes. I don’t feel like I should have to ask up front if the cost will be different. Disappointed with customer service here.

Tristan did a beautiful job of cutting my hair. She listened to what I wanted done and followed through exactly.

Both stylists refused to listen to the customer. My teen wanted her hair cut a certain way and they said it is not how you do it. Went to another Great Clips and the stylist said it has to be cut with the part. Poor customer service and if both would listen to the customer it would have been a better experience. Instead of the adult pouting and storming off we could have had a reasonable conversation.

I went to this location checked in online I watched as another man checked in on upon entering the location. A older stylist.with blonde hair came up and called the person who checked in after me I don’t know if she called him first because he was white and I am Hispanic I left after she called him first not wanting to get my haircut at this location I left I will never return to this location
