I had an assigned Rep for 6 years and she was great. She retired during the pandemic and I have had nothing but issues. The operator line only sends you to a general mailbox that no one ever checks. Last time I left 6 messages and they told me that it was because of Covid and that service would improve. I have left messages for 3 full days without a response. I have called 3 times today alone. I am about to find a new Smallwares company that actually wants to take my money.
