We were in an annual service agreement that auto-renewed. However when we tried to order supplies, we were told our agreement expired and they would not send supplies. Then we continued to receive monthly invoices. Upon disputing the invoices, we were told we are contractually obligated and will have to wait 9 months until our next annual renewal to cancel service. So we pay for the service contract, which includes supplies but had to buy had supplies on our own. Horrible customer service.

Sadly this company has gone completely downhill since being bought by Xerox. I can't even get a response from our "Solutions Specialist" anymore. We have had a broken machine for over 2 months now and we can't get in touch human who can actually do anything. They outsource to the point you can't get anyone local and the reps who answer have no solutions.

Dude showed up at my house broke my back gate and tried to fight my dogs when he didn't even knock on my door then got a attitude with me when I told him he should have knocked on my door and told he was going back thre so my dogs didn't get him very upset with him. But the lady two hours earlier knocked on my door and asked me and she could go back there

Please do not rent a Xerox printer system from Image Quest for your business unless throwing money into the wind (or paper shredder) is one of your favorite past times. The 60 month term we were locked into at roughly $200/month resulted in us spending $12,000 for a $3,000 printer that never broke or had any issues in 5 years and we only used the "service" 1 time. The only way out of the contract was to pay the amount in full ahead of schedule.Aside from my marriage, this printer has been the longest committed relationship I have been in throughout my life - so just think about that before you sign your contract.

Run the other way as fast as you can. They will not be honest with you when setting up your contract and will ignore your inquiries. The bills will be higher than you expect and when they say you can't go directly through Xerox for service they are lying. You don't need them. The techs are fine. It's the management and the sales staff that are so shady it should be criminal. I had to go over their head and directly to Xerox to file a complaint and Xerox was absolutely stunned at the way ImageQuest was treating their customers.
