I love Sherry McCallister! I think people make the bussiness. Sherry knew her job ans she values people and treats them like family. My representative last year was great too, but I'll return to this location.

Some time ago, I decided to use Jackson-Hewitt and regret it. Went to Mr. Bill Yancey and he made a $15,000 mistake filing my taxes incorrectly. After realizing that there could have been a mistake made, I called him (to confront him about it) and he was rather rude and gave me the brush. Would not talk to me. That's a good way to not get repeat business. It took another friend who is a great CPA to fix his mistake and get my money back from the IRS. They (Bill and his boss lady) had it explained to them by this CPA friend in an email beforehand and they STILL got it wrong. I do not recommend this office when filing. Not in the least. Go elsewhere.

Have worked with Sheri out of this office in the past and she has been great! Went in today to drop off documents for Sheri and Bill Yancey was very rude & unprofessional. Would not allow me to drop off documents as previously arranged with Sheri. Will not be going back after the way I was treated. Stay away from Bill Yancey but Sheri is a wonderful & helpful lady.
