When I got there they pulled me in right away. The tech that was working on my oil charge spoke very clearly and made sure that I understood. And they didn't try to sell me anything extra or up charge me. Being a mechanic, I respect the honesty.

Just came to this location while we were on our way to a trip and our check engine light came on and the young man who came out to help us was the most knowledgeable gentleman ever. I believe his name was Josh maybe? I’m not sure. But his kindness and customer service were unmatched and put my anxiety completely at ease.

Arrived 9:05am. Just one car in front of me. Waited 40 minutes and left. Past experience here 60-90 minutes waits. Doing something in a "Jiffy" means doing it quickly. It's not happening at this Jiffy Lube. They are understaffed - two bays but only able to work on one car at a time.

Always go here for an oil change because it’s very quick, in and out in about 30-45 minutes. I went the other day and asked them to fill up all my liquids because my engine was overheating due to the coolant being low. They did not and my engine was still overheating when I left and I had to go buy my own and fill it up myself. The customer service was just really awful and it’s usually not that bad

Wife brought her vehicle in to get oil changed. Technician indicated "almost no pad left on front & rear brakes" Took to my mechanic and the dealership, and we have 7mm & 5mm. Called in to ask about it, technician was defensive, rude, and dishonest. Shambolic behavior.
