This company usually deals with large corporations with hundreds if not thousands of employees and their office equipment. I'm just a work from home guy that had an office chair that needed repaired. Their service department went above and beyond to help me get my chair fixed. Big shout out to Mike back in the service department.

With working at home becoming an indefinite thing, I decided to look for some high quality ergonomic chairs to help keep my posture in check. I contacted John. A Marshall and Homa responded to me to set up an appointment. Went in to try a few chairs and was surprised to be given the opportunity to test-drive two chairs at home for a week (with delivery and pick-up done by John A. Marshall). The week-long period definitely helped me decide on a chair that fit my work routine. Homa made the purchasing process super easy. If you're looking to buy a new Herman Miller chair, then definitely check this place out.

Stop taking all the pizza from the buffet at Gambino's. I'm tired of only getting pepperoni or the mediocre calzone. I'm sure their business solutions are great though. Edit* Also there are no plates left.

We used Marshall for our recent remodel of a new facility. The furniture is high quality and there were very few issues and they were fixed quickly. The motorized adjustable height desks are very precise and just work well. I have not heard a single one of the 300+ people I work with complain about the setup or the quality. And the chairs... wow.

I worked here for 2 years. I furnished my office with Herman Miller furniture that I purchased from them. Best furniture I've ever used. Herman Miller blows away Ikea and the cheaper manufacturers that they use!

After being disappointed in the quality in the office chairs sold at OfficeMax and Staples we searched for a local store to find a better made chair. We were so pleased with John Marshall in every way. They are obviously set up to work with businesses who would be buying larger quantities but they gave us so much help in choosing our 1 chair. They had every option of the chair that we were interested in, a Herman Miller and they explained the differences and let us try them all until we finally decided.
