I bought 4 items and when I saw the receipt, I knew there was an error and that I had been over-charged. Sure enough, a child’s shirt that had $14.99 on the tag rang up as $21.99. If I weren’t paying attention, I would have been ripped off for $7 plus tax. The sales associate corrected it when I pressed the issue. This has happened before to me and also to my sister at this store. Pay attention to the price on the tags and do the math in your head before you get to the registers at Rally House.

Regularly enjoy this Rally House store location at Oak Park. It seems to be one of the bigger stores in the KC metro. They always have a huge selection and variety of all the teams in the region and the store staff are always helpful and nice. It’s my go to location!

Not good! An ink tag was attached to a one of a kind article I wanted to buy. Rally House didn't have a way to remove the ink tag, even though it was available to buy. How ignorant is that? And they made no effort to retain my good will other than saying "sorry".

The store has a huge K-State section! I found many more items here than I have found at other Rally House locations. The Kansas City section is also vast and has plenty of BBQ, Wizard of Oz, and other Kansas City stuff. If you have a choice of locations to buy KSU, KU, Chiefs, other team stuff, go to this one.

Fantastic sporting goods for local university and professional national teams, Kansas/Missouri souvenirs, prices are reasonable, selection is huge, organized, clean and staff is friendly and professional.

I currently live in California, but I was back home in Kansas City, Kansas, to attend my nephew's wedding. I told my brother that I would like to find a Chiefs shirt to wear for the 2024 football season. He took me to Rally House Oak Park, and I almost swooned when I went through the door! There were goodies everywhere; Kansas City shirts, Royals shirts, KU shirts, and Chiefs shirts. Sensory overload. It was very difficult to choose. I finally left with an armload. I must say that I could not find my size (L) in many of the designs I liked the most, but I signed up for the mailing list and hope to shop more online. Rally House definitely will be on my list of sites to visit the next time I come home.
