We had a great experience with KC Granite & Cabinetry helping us finish our basement. The granite was cut to perfection and the cabinets were perfect with soft close cabinet hinges. The crown molding on the bar's upper cabinets was their idea and looks great. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards.

KC Granite and cabinetry LLC did a wonderful job installing my Granite is my master bathroom. Since I was unable to be there, my daughter was able to pick out my granite and sinks of my choosing. They made it so easy and simple for me to work with them. They did an amazing job and I would recommend them 10 out of 10. Thank you. Marcus Milligan

They were supposed to show up for a three o'clock appointment. No show no call. I tried to call the number they called me from and The message said the mail box could not take my message. They called the next day left a messages asking if 3:30 would work to reschedule. Tried to call them back again same issue. I don't do business with people that I cannot not communicate with. Not going to be using them.

They replaced an old bathroom countertop with a new granite one. They were easy to work with, the got the job done quickly, and the quality of work was great. I will definitely get bids from them for future projects.

I used this company to install my entire kitchen cabinets and granite and have been so satisfied with not only the quality but the customer service they have. I hired them again to do granite in a new project and again they exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about my experience. We had a great experience in store with Maggie. She was very patient with us and very personable. She was great from start to finish with us. Then the instillation. I explained to the guys that I was working in the other room. Mind you I have never gone through the process of replacing countertops so I really didn't know what to expect. No one explained anything to me when they came to install. They were very loud and installation literally shook my whole house. I asked if they could take the old counters with them to dispose of them, I guess since they didn't remove them, they said no. I was given no explanation of what they had done to the counters; sealing, cleaning etc. No after care instructions as far as immediately before use. Some very minor changes could make this place great

If you have them remove tile, be prepared to also replace the drywall. Maybe it's normal but when I watched them, there was little to no concern for damage, speed was the only priority. They took a whole section out and made a dozen of 6 inch or larger holes in other sections.Granite was mostly good, except a 1/2 in chip along the wall side, which hopefully will be covered up by the new tile.Also have poor communication, when speaking with different people about the specifics of the work needing to be done said specifics would get lost on there end and need to be reiterated.Also sent an email through their websites contact us page to confirm details and have an email trail so everything was in writing and not just over the phone. They never responded.
