Just outstanding bedside manner and care! Dracula is usually so on edge at the vet's and he was at such ease here with Dr. Keil's staff. Dr. Keil spent a long time speaking with us about his corneal ulcer and prepared a huge write up on-the-spot to help us understand every detail. Can't recommend enough you head here if your fur baby is suffering from ocular issues!

Very helpful staff and Dr. Keil has been amazing. Everyone got us set up with a page for each eye as we had multiple medications, they even gave us a dry erase marker so we could keep track easier. After our pups surgery, they gave us step by step instructions and called to check how we were doing the next day. They took great care of our pup.

Dr Keil and the staff are fantastic. Through surgery to aftercare, the team is attentive and reacted quickly when questions or problems arose. My pup loves to go for checkups and visit the team at Dr. Keil's office!

Her cataract procedure on my dog Mac took him from bumping into curbs and bushes to catching a ball out of the air again.
His vision day one was exponentially better. I work in the eyecare field so my standards were high, and to say her skill / my pups vision, exceeded my expectations would be an understatement.
The icing on the cake is the staff. Informative and always smiling, even when you show up late like me.
Cant say enough about this doc and practice. She even worked with me to get the procedure covered by insurance. If you're in the market for a pet vet, save yourself the e hassle and choose Dr K.

My cat was rescued from a hoarder and had some health issues, one of them being herpes of the eye which was getting worse. I called to schedule a appointment and prepaid which is completely understanding to prepay for new patients. We had the appointment and let me tell you Dr Keil knows her stuff. I was worried about having to have eye surgery on Mr jingles. She was like we can fix this with medication ( the eye was very bad, I thought this was impossible, no way) . I was wrong. It took some time and commitment which I was willing to do. She was very aggressive with therapy and it worked. His eye is like nothing ever happened to it and it was very bad. Her treatments do work but it is up to the owner to follow her instructions
If you get confused, she has it all in her care plan that she gives you. Thank you Dr Keil you are amazing. This eye Dr and her staff genuinely care about your pet and it shows. High 5 to this team.
