We had our two boys here for more than a year (one for more than a year and another for few weeks) and have only great things to say. Mrs Elizabeth always made sure our concerns and questions were addressed and communicated. Our kids showed good academic progress. Our kids loved Mr. Willi and still talk about him. Overall very good place!

Management is absolutely horrible. As mothers these women disgust me. Higher ups would be better off making Bekah the director. At least she cares about the kids. These people treat their staff horribly and lose good teachers left and right due to poor management and lack of human decency. There’s so many things that Ms. Elizabeth has done that are beyond unprofessional and disrespectful. she even came in this building and around the kids with covid! Unless you want your kids constantly getting bit and coming home sick, because policies are not followed at all, I recommend finding other accommodations for your child. I mean just look up their state reports. I’m surprised they aren’t shut down.

Excellent staff led very competently and with great communication by the director, Ms Elizabeth. Programs have lots of activities and summer programs have lots of excursions. My daughter loves it there.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this school! Our kids absolutely loved their educators and classmates (we unfortunately relocated cities for work). The program is lead by Mrs Elizabeth who immediately made our family feel welcomed and at home. Ms Lexi is also a wonderful administrator; together they direct an amazing team of educators that prioritize fun, family, respect, and growth of your child as both a student and person. We also loved our kiddos teachers: Mr Tyler, Ms V, Ms Tosh, and Ms Kayla! Our kids truly blossomed socially under their care. Mr Willie also does an amazing job as chef. He greets all of the kids every morning and is always a smiling face for them to see the first part of their day. Lastly, they celebrate holidays and special occasions in such a fun and special way-our kids absolutely loved the holiday parties and special Pre-K graduation! Everyone goes above and beyond-Highly recommend!

We liked our daughters teachers so the admin team is our main concern. If there is any sort of behavioral concern with your child, the director (Elizabeth) will bring it up when you come in for pick up, in front of other parents, instead of calling despite being told multiple times that a phone call would be preferred if there were truly behavioral issues or concerns. Despite reports of poor behavior multiple times a week, they were unable to answer questions about what situations prompted the behavior, what they were doing in response to the behavior, or how they were planning on intervening to prevent future problems. If you bring up any concerns to the director, it will be relayed to your child’s teacher in a way that makes the teachers feel they are disliked and unappreciated.During the last week my daughter was there we overheard a staff member talking negatively about her to others who were NOT involved in her care. There is another review on here from a former employee saying that the director gossips about other children. While I did not hear any of that myself, I believe it to be true based on strange comments we have heard from our daughters teachers (even those we were meeting for the first time) during pick up. When negative things are being said about your child, this will affect the way they are cared for during the day. Our daughter went from loving going to “school” to having a very hard time at drop off and telling us she didn’t like school in a matter of a couple weeks. We were trying to work through some of our concerns as we had been planning to send our infant there as well. We had a great experience with the infant room teachers with our daughter, but as quickly as things went downhill for her, and knowing that she was being talked about negatively throughout the building, we were not comfortable sending our infant there so have decided to pull him from Kiddi Kollege as well, despite how difficult it is to find care for infants especially on very short notice.I have waited to post this review to be sure I wasn’t doing it out of anger. My daughter has now been at another daycare center for a few months and has not had any behavioral problems. Our pediatrician has no concern for the diagnoses that Elizabeth suggested that our daughter had and couldn’t believe they were even brought up. Seeing my daughter happy and thriving in another daycare center makes it even more clear to me that the culture of Kiddi Kollege is a huge problem and I am regretful that we didn’t leave immediately when we first started having concerns.

My children attend kiddo kollege and have for almost 2 years. They have loved their time there and the teachers are so nice! Elizabeth and Lexi have always helped me whenever I had concerns.

My granddaughter attends this place and I am so pleased with the care that she receives. I dropped her off this week and she ran inside to see her friends, giving teachers hugs along the way. Keep up the great work and thank you.

Management wonders why their turnover rate is so high when they are constantly treating their employees badly, just hire anyone that comes their way, treat the children like they’re just numbers to them & constantly leaving rooms over ratio. For the tuition of this school… there’s better schools out there that are cheaper and actually care about your child. The teachers here are great, however management isn’t, they will cover everything up and aren’t honest about what is going on with your child whether they’re sick, injured or involved in situations. The directors Elizabeth and Lexi should be ashamed for what they allow to go on here. They even asked employees to leave reviews on here and left reviews themselves to try and bring their rating back up after honest reviews from parents and past staff… its sad.

I had to pull my 3 yo out of this center. She had been with this school for a little over 2 years now. She loved going to school here! Now with the new director Elizabeth being here it’s gone down hill. Elizabeth and her assistant director Lexie has been unprofessional, rude, and should not be working in a child care facility in my opinion at all as they don’t seem to have the patience and understanding of all children when they are not hitting milestones at the same time as their peers. In the past I have addressed my concerns about my child and how we can help her at school with potty training. However I don’t think any of my concerns or advice was ever in their interest. As none of it has been followed through since I’ve first stated my concerns when she was in the 2 year old classroom.I have even went out of my way to buy a whole potty chart for her to take to school and use. Her last 2 teachers have been wonderful and they were working with her most on trying to get this potty training down and I’m forever grateful for that! But with the turn over rate on teachers it didn’t seem like my child was given the proper care because of very little communication in the classroom when a floater would be in a room. I had gotten a call to pick up my child everyday because she has had an accident and when I look at the schools app it’s because my child was not on her certain schedule like they said she would be. I continued to talk to the director Elizabeth about what steps we can take. Still nothing was being done. My child did not like going to school anymore at this point and has been holding her bladder all day in their care because she thinks she would get in trouble if she didn’t make it to restroom. When looking for a center I would consider looking for one who will work by your child’s side if they needed an extra little push and who has positive reinforcements instead of making them feel bad or punished for having an accident.

This is honestly a wonderful place to work. The administration is fantastic and wonderful to talk to. So long as you come to work and do your job, as any job is, it’s a super fun environment! The kids here are so very loved and so much individual time is taken to each kiddo. If something happens, management is always there to help. I’m so glad I found this place! I would recommend to and parent or person seeking employment.

Our child has been attending Kiddi Kollege for a year and we have had nothing but a phenomenal experience. It’s quite evident she enjoys “school” and very clear she is truly loved by every member of the staff. Her vocabulary, dictation and other personal metrics used to assess a facility’s educational component have vastly exceeded our expectations for a two year-old. The director, Elizabeth Dermody, has personally addressed any of our first time parent worries promptly. As long as the need exists, we will always send our child to the Lenexa Kiddi Kollege.

We are thankful for Kiddi College in Lenexa. I have two boys here, and they love every day they get to spend at “school”. What overjoyed me as a parent was seeing how loved my boys are by staff and classmates. We have almost been here for about a year now and it’s been pleasant transitioning from room to room for each boy. There have been staff transitions and never has there been a staff member who was not kind to myself or my boys. They celebrate when they can, they are inclusive with parents and bringing us along with kiddos and their days. Honestly this last year as a parent has been really tough and with this place existing and supporting me, being a parent has been that much better. Thank you to every person who works here and has been kind to my family and I. Also please keep lollipop Friday’s! All of my kiddos love that day. Keep it up Kiddi College!

I have sent my 2 year old daughter to Kiddi Kollege for half a year now and I am happy with the care she receives there! They work hard to update you throughout the day and have fun activities to do! Elizabeth and Lexi are great managers and very professional and greet you with a smile, and her teachers Jade and Allie are great too. I’ll be sending my infant there when he is born as well.

My daughter has been attending Kiddi Kollege since 12 months of age, she just now turned 2.5! I wanted a center where she could grow up and feel at home at and we found that with KK. My daughter loves going to school with her friends. Her vocabulary has immensely improved and I’m so proud of her and her teachers each and every day! We look forward to continuing our education and growth with Kiddi Kollege of Falcon Ridge!
