Been a customer for 15 years. In that time we had multiple billing issues. Had to source our toner elsewhere to keep our machines going. Takes 3 months to repair a printer, and another 3 months to add one to a service contract. They also cancel your service tickets or complete them without even showing up. Highly do not recommend this printing company to anyone.

Embezelment from a company known over sea’s as life. Grand conspiracy, Embezelment, Laundering, Racketeering is the charges Konica Minolta faces. Proof is in the last piece of property you sold at 8220 Melrose Lenexa, Kansas 66214. There is initialed name KT on that contract that is how you get caught.

Our rep is Dylan Brauner. He is very knowledgeable about our lease as well as our copier. I appreciate that because we have a busy office! Dylan made renewing our copier lease very simple. If you can ask for a specific rep for your copier/printer needs, ask for Dylan.

By far the least professional business I have been associated with. I truly regret entering into a contract with this company. My company is paying roughly twice what I originally agreed to and cannot get any service from this office or the common courtesy to return phone calls and emails. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to give your money to that might appreciate it and give you some semblance of service. On top of that my printers don't work...

We leased a copier through Konica-Minotla and the process was very simple. Our sales rep Dylan took care of everything and made the process was easy!

Deceptive business practices. We signed a five year lease and it was never disclosed that each year the lease price would increase by 10%. Local office has failed to respond to us or corporate about the failure to provide clarification from the local sales rep and why we were never given a copy of the back of the contract with the "fine print." Our contract clearly states a monthly rate for 60 months. When our contract is over, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
