“First before anything I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jan at the Olathe location for getting the ball rolling. Master craft customer service. When I came in to this location I started my laundry as usual and just let my autopilot run just waiting for my laundry to finish. I notice a little later that the washers were not running and an error code on the machine that said no water. So I tried to reach another location and there was no attendent there either (75th & nieman) so I came back and tried to call the other locations and the only one answered was Jan at the Olathe location. I talked to her and she said she would her boss and send someone ASAP. She called back and said someone would be here in 20-30 mins. They showed up in less than 5 mins. Chelsea and DJ showed and turned on the water, the fans, and everything else and restarted my washers. I want to give a big thanks to the attendants that showed up and helped me and to Jan that got the ball rolling for me. Two BIG thumbs WAY UP for absolute great customer service. Thank you so much you made my day.”
