Leaf home safety solutions is a joke! They put gutter covers on my roof claiming that it would never clog my drains... Take a look at these pictures and you tell me if things got clogged. Additionally, I had them redo my bathroom and they ended up having to redo it a second time because the first time it leaked into my downstairs bathroom causing water damage on my window. When I contact them regarding this issue, I was informed I needed to fill out a ticket, which I did. I have not heard back from them. My downstairs bathroom is ruined and my upstairs install is shottie at best. I would steer clear of this company. They do not take care of their customers. My house is the only house on the block with huge ice cycles hanging from the gutters.

been calling them since April. And every time I call there seems to be NO agents available to answer the phone. Just had a question I need answered. The shower is great customer service sucks.

We have had our stair chair lift for about 3 years & have loved it - until now. We are having a problem with the charging system. We have made several calls to get service in the last 5 days & have gotten NO CALL from their service department to come to our home & fix it!

My chairlift has broken 3 times now. Most repairmen do not know how to fix them. It's broken again. Now they tell me they have to remove the chair. Send it out to be repaired and it will take weeks before I get it back. I paid for this chair outright and it's been broken so many times I will never do business with this company again. They told me they would replace the chair part with a new one but now they went back on that promise and will not replace chair. They say lifetime warranty. Then when something happens the parts that go bad are not under warranty. It's only a year and a half old.

I DO NOT recommend this company. I have purchased 2 stair lifts from them and one of them is off track already. I called the man who sold them to us, Tucker Perkins, and of course he hasn't returned my calls. Also the man who installed them, Johnny Price, lied and said he would come and look at the shoddy work he performed. He has yet to show up. I intend to file a lawsuit against them and request ALL of our money back. PLEASE under NO circumstance use this company. Linda LaMette

I highly recommend not doing buisness with these people. They will try to scam you out your money. They tried to scam my grandmother out of almost $8,000-9,000. Just for installing a Electric Chair Lift. We got quotes from numerous other companies and they all quoted around $3,000-4,000. These scammers came out to my grandmothers house who doesn't speak the best english and thought they could get one over on her. They first started with telling her it will be $13,000. Then a "discount" to $10,000. And finally when she said what other people quoted her they went all the way down to $6,000 and got upset towards the end. That is bad buisness and you should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to con money out of innocent people.

I felt comfortable with salesperson. They were honest and straightforward. Leaf Safety was able to begin my tub to shower project within a few days of giving the go ahead. Project was completed in less than 3 days. I love my new shower.

DO not hire this company- THEY FAIL TO INFORM YOU, THAT THEY HIRE SUBCINTRACTORS TO DO THE WORK- THEY DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCED SKILLED EMPLOYEES.; THEY HIRE CONVICT SUBCONTRACTOR THAT ARE NOT LICENSED NOR INSURERED!!!!!!!!!!THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN PRODUCT LINE- THEY WENT TO HOME DEPOT AND BOUGHT MATERIAL. THEY WILLCOMPLETELY DEMOLISH YOUR BATHROOM AND HOUSE, AND NOT FIX IT! IT WILL COST YOU MORE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND CORRECT THE MESS THEY MADE! CORP FOR LEAF HOME SAFETY SOLUTIONS DOES NOT GIVE A RATS BUTT- THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN! Cigarette ashes on the bathroom sink, and burn marks on the vanityFailed to coverup vanity, toliet and vanity with sink. Removed the door of the bathroom and never placed it. Failed to coverup the door into the hall allowing black particles to travel through out the house. NOT AN EASYS CLEAN UP Turned the toilet to the left(at a slant angle), causing it to leak all over my floor, not including the damage to exterior of the toliet from placing unknown items on it leaving it discolored and it stained toliet - I noticed the water all over the floor on day 2 of his work- DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIRWorker damaged and broke Numerous Floor Tiles, including busting grout. Worker placed unknow itewm on the floor- leaving a black and rust texture to the floor tile. WALL TILEWHITE TILE (worker removed tile off the sheetrock 1 by 1 and then DAY 2- removed the Durock-)Entire Strip of tile was taken off, due to he broke them, and was going to place a corner piece to hide the flaw- Sheetrock- cut out to much and not even( haf a moon at the top) in the shower area and beyond the outlined walls of where the shower was to go. Less than 4 inches from the ceiling. Water side- where white tile was to stay he took out and sheetrock4pm - I arrived home to find son alone in my house/ not authoirzed workerworker left to go get materials- ( blade for a saw he never used)5:30 pm- son took sledg hammer to tubPlaced bathtub in front yard- left it Day 2 - 8:30- 7 pmworker stated he should be done today ny 7 pm with the jobSheetrock was removed- note less than 4 inches from ceiling- Worker stated he was trying to do the plumping all day and he couldn't get it. cigrett butt and entire place s a messBefore leaving Jesse told me he didn't know what he was doing, and he was pissed at son - this was his job. My in-laws used Leaf to install a shower. It was way overpriced and wasn’t done correctly at all. They installed wrong shower and door, broke existing tile and won’t fix what they done wrong. They never respond or get back to you when they say they will. I had to take over for my in-laws because they couldn’t ever get any response out of them. Very disappointed that a company takes advantage of older people. We are taking legal action since they don’t want to fix the horrible work they done.
